Initially thinking I had to get a new phone I was going that route. Having seconds thoughts I called one cell phone repair place and they wouldn't be able to fit me in for days. I called this place having driven by it so many times. (Questioning the location) and so glad I did. 45 minutes later phone as good as new. Responsive. Cheaper than other locations. And nice. Yes that's right even nice!!! Wow. Also gave me a military discount though that isn't something they automatically have. Highly recommend. Would definitely go back. Purchased HP ink through Amazon, but shipped by Office Depot, Newville, PA. This ink is not…read moregenuine HP ink and will NOT print in color on HP printers. Buyers beware. No recourse from with Amazon/Office Depot due to ink purchased back in April.. Originally thought it was my printer and after messing around trying to get it to work on and off for months I finally gave up and called HP. They determined the ink was counterfeit after sending me new ink which imagine that it works fine!!

After being in the store, for about 15 minutes, a sales associate finally told me he'd be w/me as soon as he finished working w/the other customers. I got the chair and laptop I wanted, after being in the store for about 30 minutes. I asked the sales associate why did they only have two people working in the store? The reply he gave me was a bit surprising, after he profusely apologized for my long wait. He went on to tell me how Staples is cutting employees hours and might eventually sell out to Office Depot.
