I even listened to him explain to a family the differences between car stereos and amps; his analogy and explanation made it simple for me to understand! A diagnostic fee was given to find out the issue with my car stereo. Within 10 minutes, I had a viable solution to my problem and within the hour (and maybe a half too) I was back on the road belting out my Amazon playlists. I was told to talk to the general manager. 8:30 came along and he told me that apple wasn't gonna respond back to him at this time of night. He asked me for my information and said he would have resolved in 24-48 hours( grant it, it was on Apples part NOT Best Buy). I received a text saying he solved it for me to come pick it up.
