I explained what was said and that I was paying and then I was informed that what they had made for me had been dispensed to someone else. They said it was a 'communication error'. They had the prescription for almost an entire month. The sales girl was incredibly rude and had a smirk on her face when I tried to explain. When I told her it was the pharmacies error she laughed and said 'ok' I told them to forget it and would go somewhere else. I will never ever go there again and I will tell anyone else to not go there.

I set down the merchandise so I could get a mint out of my pocket, and when I went to put my keys/keychain back in the pocket, a worker started yelling at me from a different section of the store. I was confused and held my keys up as I walked over to him. I emptied my pockets, but he continued to tell me I looked suspicious. He was being so rude and I started crying and left. I have an anxiety disorder and I was panicking so bad. I can't believe this happened and this employee is allowed to still work there. Check the cameras. That was crazy. I mentioned my data connection was weak and she said they had free WiFi. Well..Why didn't I know that?! Ok great! So she stands there with me as I get the website. Of course the site doesn't load correctly. So she trouble shoots with me. Some how I turned the Wi-Fi off after I turned it on. Got on the site, then realized, I don't know exactly what it is I was wanting. I thought it might be a Little Tike play thing...but couldn't find what I was thinking of. (I've since found it as a Little Tikes activity cube) but this employee (ugh why didn't I grab her name?..oh yes I was too busy looking at my phone trying to find the right search word!)..she kept plugging away on her phone trying to find it too. Finally I gave up because she said it wouldn't be here by tomorrow anyways. So I was just going to continue the quest at home with my daughter. I did the self checkout, which I normally never do, but it seems I haven't had a problem yet at this particular location. Very simple. As I was leaving another friendly lady wished me a great day and a thank you for shopping at Wal-Mart. Now that's how a business should be handled! Thank you Wal-Mart in DuQuoin! I was initially looking for a shoe or bag repair shop to rivet my PoGo cap back strap. I was getting annoyed by my cap's back strap constantly splitting. This amazing, kind, and hospitable shop repaired my cap strap by installing an antique-colored rivet that was more than perfectly repaired my strap permanently. Mario, the owner personally did the amazing repair. I noticed that the store not only had repair service but had a nice display of everything leather including shoes and wallets. I was already thinking a few days ago to go online to replace my old coin purse and wallet. My gut was determined to find replacements at that store and was able to find the best possible replacements. Their total pricing for my repair and purchases was absolutely reasonable. I thank God for having this store just a couple of miles from my hotel. I heard from Debbie, the store owner's wife that their shoe repair shop and store is the only one from within a 100-mile radius! I highly recommend this humble shoe etc repair shop and store to anyone and everyone in this town ane beyond. I pray and hope to visot them again soon.

Even though they are usually very busy, and things may take awhile to be repaired, they have always had our stuff ready when they said it would be ready. He kept a pair of my husband's cowboy boots in fabulous shape with repairs & resoles for 30 years, and then told him when the boots had been repaired too many times, and the repair wouldn't work or last. Mario always shoots straight with you about whether it can be repaired and whether it should be repaired. In addition, they carry all kinds of new leather products. Even if we had another option, we wouldn't go anywhere else!
