The employees are courteous and do not try to upsell me anything. There are two TMobile stores (the other one is in the mall) and this locatipn is by far the better one.

I'm going to cut through the chase and dive right into my review, because the staff at this store has no customer service skills whatsoever. Allow me to explain i have been needing a cel for some time, and i was waiting for my movie to start & i had sime time to kill so i went into the TMOBILE store adjacent to the mall, and the staff was on their cel phones they didn't bother to acknowledge nor help me. I asked a question & i was ignored they continued to be on their phones, and when they finally acknowledged me they had attitude so i walked out. I don't understand how this store survives at the mall with staff who don't care about customers. I'd like to see their sales report and I'd bet their sales are ridiculously very low. I don't know who is the manager or the owner, but it's obvious that they are not very involved with the store nor the staff, because if they were staff would not be ignoring customers. My advice is don't waste your time going to this store it's best to go to the other Tmobile store at the Target shopping center where they care about their customers & do their job right.

Verizon sold my dad a flip phone and started services for him and he was medically incapacitated…read more He was diagnosed with dementia. When I received a bill from Verizon I called the corporate office and spoke with a supervisor who said they would take care of the bill...just like the 3 other phone companies that he opened an account with months apart. Then I received another bill and was on the phone for several additional hours trying to get a supervisor to help me. After speaking with 4 different people I finally was transferred to a supervisor named Axel. He would not provide his call center number...but he said it did not matter that my father was incapacitated that Verizon furnished him with a phone and he needed to return it or pay for it. I let them know we were not sure what happened to the phone...I asked to have the situation escalated and he said it was against company policy for this situation to be escalated. For the hours I spent on the phone was crazy. No one could help me...even though I myself had been a customer for years without incident...this incident has put a bad stench in the companies culture. I will be moving my business elsewhere.

Also after school started the internet got real slow so I switched to COX Internet. To make things worse they had YouTube TV advertised for $72.99 a month when actually it was over $90. During that time I repeatedly asked that he canceled my account a total of nine times. I finally gave up. I felt as though I had been taken hostage and was being worn down so I would give up. I live in Bisbee and took it to my local computer repair shop. No luck! I went to Verizon in Sierra Vista, dude couldn't fix it. He did suggest I take it to, uBreakiFix. I walk in and explained my dilemma to the very nice, young attractive woman. She took the phone and said I'll be back. It was really in there, she came back and asked if I was in a hurry. I was frustrated trying to remove the card my own self and here she was taking the time to fix a strangers phone. A few minutes later she came back and had my SIM card. I used to be a Target shopper when I was in college last century. Back then the name was pronounced…read moreTarJAY. K-Mart ruled the retail shops and Walmart was only in the South. But now I'm in the Southwest and the Target store in town sits near a major intersection looking neglected. There are always cars in the parking lot but most of them are for the Pizza Hut and Starbucks near the front entrance. I stopped by this place, finally, two days ago after work. I was looking for a cellphone rack to place in the classroom. Walmart didn't sell it and I came here. (Target didn't have one, either.) And then I remembered why I don't shop here anymore: there aren't any employees in the aisles! In fact, there were few people in the store and the largest crowd was at the pharmacy. Most of the employees were standing guard watching customers self-check out. Another reason why I won't shop here again (at least during the school year): most of the people inside the store were teenagers just walking the aisles looking at stuff. One teen recognized me and then two more. Next time I go to this store I'll wear a full-face mask and wig. I will add that the shopping cart I had rolled along flawlessly and the floors were clean and shiny.
