My mom could not remember her iCloud password and when I tried to retrieve it But I was not able to because the stores number was the authentication number!? When I called the store to question why they would put there number they said so if they had a problem they would be able to help them. I said then why not at least put the customers phone number as well and he had no answers. So then I told them that I needed the verification code apple called them with and they refused to give it to me and said I had to come into the store to get it fixed and hung up on me. The fact that they put their phone number for verification on my mom's phone raises a lot of questions and it is illegal for them to have access to such personal and sensitive information. Next day the protection came off I thought it was that they installed the screen protection incorrectly, so I went back for a refund or a exchange of protection. The guy gave me another one at no extra charge. One day after the screen protection reinstalled is coming off again. Won't really recommend going here to get a screen protection they only carry the fiberglass ones. Poor products. When I received the phone, I noticed that under warranty it said "Expired." Then I entered the phone's serial # in the Apple Coverage website and it said: "We're sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced." This means that the phone had been an Apple replacement phone and the phone that was being replaced was never sent to Apple. So the replacement phone loses its warranty and will not be serviced by Apple - even for paid service.
