There was a child running around and caused my nail lady to have to leave to run after her. My nail lady didn't wear gloves, didn't use sanitary tools, wasn't gentle at all with my nails, and the color I asked for wasn't even close to what I got. She put this stuff on my nails that made them sting really bad. She wasn't being careful at all with the nail file and that was probably the part that hurt the most. Yes, it hurt. Genuinely caused me pain. The nails turned out a pretty color but not at all what I had originally asked for. I asked for a dark reddish/brownish color and I got a dark pink/purple magenta color. They are pretty, and it's been almost a week since and they're holding up pretty well, but they aren't at all worth the pain I went thru to get them. Please do not go here. After literally every other place I tried was full I found this place and the guy working didn't turn me away. There was only 2 others there and he was working on them simultaneously. It took almost an hour for me to get started. I told him I wanted to redo what I already had. Meaning design wise and he just thought gel instead of regular. That's fine. I settled for a French tip. When he was finished, I could have painted a whole other hand with the amount of paint left behind on my fingers. Also, the tips of my nails were jagged and cracked.
