Horrible nail job, went several times and only got worse. Don't waste your time or your money

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. I came here on September 7th, 2023 for my 16th birthday. The aura of the place was moody and chaotic. There was a child running around and caused my nail lady to have to leave to run after her. My nail lady didn't wear gloves, didn't use sanitary tools, wasn't gentle at all with my nails, and the color I asked for wasn't even close to what I got. She put this stuff on my nails that made them sting really bad. She wasn't being careful at all with the nail file and that was probably the part that hurt the most. Yes, it hurt. Genuinely caused me pain. The nails turned out a pretty color but not at all what I had originally asked for. I asked for a dark reddish/brownish color and I got a dark pink/purple magenta color. They are pretty, and it's been almost a week since and they're holding up pretty well, but they aren't at all worth the pain I went thru to get them. Please do not go here. You'll probably get an infection or something of the sort. This set alone was $58. Be safe you guys. read more

They made my nails crooked, gave me the wrong color although I showed them 3 times exactly what color I want with pictures. I asked for square shape and the gave me "coffin" shaped. I asked them to put the letter "J" with small diamonds on my ring fingers and they put it on the sides of my nails. Completely crooked and very uneven, the glue is super messy and is clearly visible. They didn't check my cuticles or put before cleanser on my finger nails. read more

I can't rate the actual service of this salon because I refused to stay long enough to receive services from them. I am rating purely on observations I made and my first impression. The odor I smelled was damp and musky, I looked around the salon and just felt unclean and dirty. As far as the greeting I got, yes was warm and friendly but not enough to win me over. I decided I didn't want to be hasty in my judgement so I asked to use the bathroom bc I had been on the road for two hours and the 32 oz water I had drunk had taken its toll on me. I walked in the back and was horrified. It was dirty and dingy, and not at all organized. There was some sort of cleaner or sanitizer sitting on their floor that was full of NASTY WATER. I knew then that I didn't want to take the chance with this salon. I crossed my name off their sign-in sheet and quickly left. And I can confidently say I won't return. read more
