I cannot say enough good things about this company. When our RV broke down on the side of the road,…read morethey answered the call and showed up quickly around 6:30 PM. What could have been a stressful and miserable situation turned into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Not only did they come out after normal business hours, but they also helped get us safely moved to their shop and stayed working on the RV until after 9 PM to get us taken care of. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping us get back on the road. They treated us like family, communicated every step of the way, and turned a breakdown into a positive experience. If you're ever in need of RV service or roadside assistance, don't hesitate to call them. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you again for the incredible help and dedication!

Long story short, Pit Stop RV and Trailer was highly recommended by another RVer. I spoke with Casey, and he felt they might be able to help me out. It was decided that I would stop by there as I passed through on my way to Idaho Falls, about 20 miles south of Rexburg, the next day, July 17th. Before I could even get out of the motorhome, Chase met me, took pictures and measurements of the door and the area around it. I had already made the decision that I would stay in Idaho Falls while Pit Stop tried to locate a replacement door. Casey kept me updated on the lack of success in trying to locate the replacement. I can say that Pit Stop tried all avenues they could before they finally found a business that appears to have one, but the lead time is unknown. Today is August 8th, and because of the lead time to get the door shipped in, etc, I need to leave the area by the 12th. I spoke with Casey about settling my bill. Casey was very quick to point out that the email he sent to me was for whoever I have repair my door when I arrive back home in Nevada as they knew that I was limited on time and that there was NO bill to be paid! These two young brothers went out of their way to locate a door for me and shared the information with me knowing that I may not be around for them to complete the job! I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received by these brothers. The RVer who had recommended them to me told me that while they waited on the axle for his 5th wheel, he was staying at the farm where the business is located in his 5th wheel!

H & H Diesel came highly recommended from several friends at the office. I took a used RV (new to…read moreme) to them for service; engine, transmission and chasse. The bill was just under $1000. They charged me for 10 gal of transmission fluid at over $50 per gallon. The owner's manual indicated that the transmission requires 19 quarts plus some for hoses and cooler. After checking the fluid level I discovered that the transmission was 3 to 4 gallons over filled. I then checked the engine oil level and found it too was over filled. H & H agreed to come to the RV and adjust the transmission fluid and provide a refund for the overcharge. I concluded that it was an honest mistake. I then got the transmission fluid analysis results which indicated "Particle level is too high to determine accurate amount of particulates." The Allison authorized representative, indicated that the analysis results were consistent with a transmission failure and that a replacement would be about $10,000. Further discussions with the representative identified several performance characteristics that should be accompanying a failed transmission, which I had none. H & H agreed to rerun the analysis, on the fresh transmission fluid (if the transmission is failing the new fluid should be contaminated.) The second analysis was within specification. This may have been an honest mistake, which was very disturbing and which made me question everything H & H had done to the RV. My low rating is associated with the fact that H & H did not demonstrate competence to work on complicated and expensive large equipment.
