Paige navigated the purchase of a house we found on the first day of our search. She was honest about her thoughts on purchase price and successful in negotiating on our behalf. Even more impressive was Paige's ability to get some of our asks taken care of before we moved in. We knew she would roll up her sleeves and make it all happen. And she did. We originally chose Paige as a realtor because she believes in and contributes to our community. We will continue to use Paige as a realtor because she is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, is trustworthy, and will go above and beyond for us. We look forward to working with Paige on the sale of our current home.

This was beyond a doubt the best selling experience we've ever had. From start to finish we were kept informed and updated. No detail was missed, no question unanswered. They marketed our Fox Island home beautifully, sold it quickly and kept everything non-complicated. We highly recommend Paige and her team!

After our initial conversation with her, we didn't expect to move forward with the home buying process so soon, but we did. I remember telling my fiancé right after we ended our conversation with Liz that I wanted her to be our agent. I truly appreciated how people centered, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable she is about the process. She made us feel completely comfortable asking questions and helped us clearly understand what the home buying journey would look like. Liz never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything. She truly respected our pace and guided us with patience and understanding every step of the way. Since my finance and I currently live in Los Angeles, Liz took her time to tour several homes that we were interested in. All of the videos she sent to us were extremely thorough and informative which made our process easier. It felt like we were actually there although we were miles away. We really appreciate Liz for taking the time to record and share the tours with us while giving us her opinion on things that stood out to her that were concerning. This is something we would not have been able to pick up on since we were not present. Liz really listened to what we were looking for in a home and she delivered. We cannot recommend her enough! She is truly an AMAZING agent to work with. We're beyond thankful for Liz and The Porchlight Group. If we ever decide to buy another home in the future, we are absolutely going back to her! IN LIZ WE TRUST!!

Being in Las Vegas but looking for a place in Seattle and not knowing ANYONE or where or how to even begin the process. I used YELP for what is here for...to find businesses and read reviews. I searched Realtors and started to read reviews. After reading several reviews I knew I wanted to go with a smaller vs. a bigger company (where they might hand you off to whoever or you get lost in the shuffle). SOOOOO glad I went with Liz! I really believe that things happen for a reason and people come into your life for a reason. From the first time I spoke to her she had a great energy and vibe and I knew she was going to be a hustler. I was already impressed from the get go! In the beginning I explained what my husband and I were looking for, (which I thought were pretty strange requests criteria...because this condo was going to be used for our employee, it needed to be within a certain proximity, near the airport and within our budget). Liz just rolled with it and got on it. I think it was that night or the next we were already Facetiming a property we were interested in...that's how quickly she was on it! BTW she gives great video commentary and is thorough and honest with her review of the places. Not being there and actually seeing something in person for such a large purchase is kind of scary, but it truly was a great experience that I wasn't expecting. She listened and cared about our opinions and was never pushy. So right now the market is CRAZY!! We put in about 3-4 offers starting in February and kept getting outbid by cash offers and waiving everything. Finally we found something that was perfect for us and had keys and were moving in on April 8! We got to do a little fixer upping (Liz helped with finding a contractor) and was able to pick out flooring, paint and light fixtures, to our liking, all for asking price (seller was throwing in some $). BEYOND impressed with Liz and her team! From start to finish and all throughout the process Liz always kept in touch and updated with what was going on. Almost daily emails with new listings or possible places then following up with which ones we were interested in seeing. She was ON TOP of it! Not sure how she keeps it all straight because you will feel as if you are her only client (which I know we weren't), with how dedicated and on top of it she is. She was very knowledgeable, patient, kind, generous and helpful in SO MANY WAYS! You will NOT regret choosing her and her team to buy or sell your home! Just give her a call and she will get right on it...because she can't help it and truly loves what she does, and also loves to work! lol

Get Happy at Home made the entire house buying experience a joyful and supremely positive…read moreexperience! Our first meeting with Matt, we spent over 90 minutes talking about our wants, needs, and preferences. He also walked us through their entire process, from our first tour through closing. From there, we had the chance to meet the team, and every single person over there is incredible. Ryan is like John D. Rockefeller fused with the Terminator (this is a compliment Ryan, I promise!) - he can spot issues and pain points in a house at a glance, and will literally leave no stone unturned to ensure things are up to code and built the way they're supposed to be (we watched him crawl into the smallest crawl space imaginable to check the insulation of a house once, I was shook). Karl is the most visionary man I've ever met, on several tours he painted a picture of all the ways we could modify a house to meet our preferences. I'm not talking about "hang a painting here", Karl would open his bid with "tear this half of the house down and rebuild it this way", and it was phenomenal. What I would give to pay a visit to his imagination. Matt is a force of nature. On any given day, he's juggling 5 of the craziest conversations and deals you can imagine, and HE has THEM all on the back foot. Matt knows the entire area and real estate market like the back of his hand, and always gave it to us straight as to what we were looking at. We certainly would not have found our dream house without his expertise, promptness, initiative, and professionalism. And of course there's Marta, who holds the whole operation together. What would we have done without her guidance in scheduling our tours and the weekly updates on our progress all the way up to and even after our closing! Two particular experiences stand out to me: On one house we were considering, we went back to visit at night to get a feel for the after-sun atmosphere. While we were there, Karl walked us through all the things about the house we might like or dislike, how we'd change them, and generally how the value of the house stood up to the asking price. We spent over an hour together that evening just chatting like old friends, and by the end of it, we determined that the house wasn't the one for us after all. In another instance, we toured a house that we were SURE was the one, so we went back in the evening with Ryan to look at it again. During that conversation, Ryan didn't try to convince us to make an offer or to walk away, he simply asked us questions. The one that got us was "let's pretend we were sitting in this house 5 or 10 years from now. Is it everything you need and want?". Walking through that exercise made us realize that the house was great for a childless couple, but perhaps not so once little ones become a factor. This was something we completely glossed over as we got caught up in the excitement of the house, and thanks to Ryan, we made the right choice to pass. In the end, we ended up buying the house of our dreams, a new build in the neighborhood we wanted with all of the things we were looking for. There's no way we would have ended up here without the entire team's expertise and willingness to endure a temporary "no" for the right "yes". I could not have asked for a better team to partner with for this search, and now we're happily in our dream house :) I would recommend GHAH 1000 times in a row, this whole team kicks serious ass.

I don't even know where to begin writing this review. Anne is beyond amazing. She is truly an…read moreexceptional realtor. We sought out to find a realtor to list our first home for sale. My husband was being relocated, so technically we were supposed to use one of the company's appointed real estate agents, but I stumbled upon Anne's website through a mutual friend who had used her to sell their home in Tacoma and I immediately liked her online persona. I then found out from my neighbors that Anne had sold the house next door to us, as well as the one directly behind us (in about a week!). I knew immediately that we needed to hire Anne. So we jumped through a few hoops with our relocation company to allow us to use a different realtor. Now that our house has officially sold, I can say that this was truly the best decision we could have made. In fact the realtors that our company had selected for us had told us they were going to list our home for roughly 50-75K less than what Anne suggested listing it at. Now that it has closed, had we gone with the other realtors we would have left at least 50K on the table. That is a lot of extra money we made thanks in large part to Anne! She is so knowledgeable about the University Place market, she knew things about our house and location that even we didn't know. She went above and beyond our wildest expectations as a realtor. She answered our questions (many many questions!!) via text and email almost immediately... and this is over the course of three months from listing to final close! After we had already moved she went to our house before showings to turn on lights, heat it up and be there to greet the other real estate agents. She was even on hand to schedule our movers when the time came for us to finally move into our new home in Texas. I haven't even touched on the beautiful youtube video she made for our house which generated close to 2,000 views!! The online marketing she did to target specific buyers that would be a good fit for our house, as well as her in person demeanor. She is truly a remarkable person and realtor. My only complaint is that she doesn't live in Texas and therefore isn't able to help us buy our next house! THANK YOU ANNE! You set the bar really high! :)

I would highly recommend Anne to anyone buying or selling in the Tacoma area.
