He had sold another home for me that I was super pleased with so I decided to use him again. The staging, cleaning everything was handled nicely by him. Professional pictures and great marketing led to full price offer in less than a month. When we received a low offer, we were able to discuss and counter offer to where they ended up walking away, which is great as we received the full price offer afterwards. When there was an issue with the CCR, he was able to discuss with the HOA Mgmt and professionally resolve it. He was always available for my calls and I was always updated in a timely manner.
