The price of rental in this place is…read moreextremely reasonably compared to the other two choices I had in contact with for the same chair rental. communication between us during the day of rental was flawless. The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time. We were running a little late to end the event, and The guy who came to pick up the chair was so nice and accommodating and again, communication was on point. Will definitely be looking forward to renting with them in the future. The communication issue i had previously was addressed and they seem to fixed that.

I was lucky to meet with Rick the owner and he dedicated an hour to our meeting which I appreciated. Looking back though I feel like I got juiced for what I ordered...all in season flowers and 4 mains centerpieces of tightly packed carnations. I hit a snafu with my venue which caused me to delay my "request" by a couple of days so Rick said" woops sorry now we have to charge you an extra $200 for a rush fee"....a rush fee for carnations? tulips? and roses???? Honestly, if you are lucky to have more time than I do, I would recommend doing more comparison. In retrospect I should have been more prepared for the premium. I would have given them a additional star if I didnt feel so juiced like when I explained to him that my HEAD table should have a more substantial centerpiece but instead I got small little vases with rose, tulip, and gerber daisy buds. Looked pretty---but not for the price. The head table was something I had specified to be special and was not delivered. One plus though is they created a very nice looking chuppah. I'm trying to be fair in this review....so I'll sum it by saying very pretty BUT overpriced. Wish I could post pictures so you could see what I got for the price. And I would tell them to chill back on such ridicuolous "rush fee" that other florists wouldnt impose. On that alone, I would never go back to them to plan my corporate or social events.

We were planning our wedding during the pandemic and things were constantly uncertain as to whether or not the wedding would be able go to on. Iman and DJ Kia had routine calls with us to check-in and offer advice. We knew we could trust their opinions and flexility during the uncertain times. On the day of the wedding, DJ Kia was so involved with every aspect of the ceremony and reception. He knew exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to make our wedding day an unforgettable experience. He literally orchestrated our ceremony processional and was making sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone felt at ease walking down the aisle because DJ Kia was there to send them off. We were lucky enough to have Iman MC our wedding, and believe us when we tell you he knows how to put on a show. The dance floor comes alive with Iman on stage and everyone was out of their seats and dancing the entire night. Our cocktail hour ended up going over schedule, which pushed back our reception. It was no worry though, because Iman was there to quickly restructure the timeline and ensure everything ran smoothly. Even with unexpected issues, we felt completely at ease knowing he had us covered. He is such a genuine person who truly cares about his client's happiness. We also used Night Owls for our video production and working with them was a truly pleasant experience. They captured every aspect of the wedding beautifully. In just a few short weeks, we had our trailer and wedding video created, both of which were edited to our liking. They were extremely patient with us throughout the process and the end result is videos we still can't stop watching! Thank you to Brandon and the team at Night Owls for all of their hard work. We also want to give a special thanks to Wake on the sax, Farzan on the drums, and Cyrus on the cello. These three gentleman made the music come alive and our guests could not stop raving about how talented they were. I have used Unforgettable Main Events (UME) for my annual conferences and they are all amazing…read moreexperiences. I first was introduced to Monica's services when I attended one of the William Oliver Baker Award Baker banquet at the Ronald Reagan building. I was impressed with the beauty of the decor and the organization of how the event flowed. The event had an a cocktail hour which included an open bar, a four course dinner, which included both a steak and lobster entree, and each attendant was gifted with a bottle of champagne. It was one of the best black tie affairs I had attended in years. Based on my experience, I requested to know who coordinated the event and that is how I was introduced to Monica. I had no black tie affairs that I needed to plan, but I was responsible for planning annual international conferences for my Life Coaching Firm "Circle of Trust". When I found out some of Monica's services included travel management it was like my prayers were answered. Since 2010, Monica has planned our conferences which have included two cruises (Western Caribbean and the Mediterranean), South Africa, Costa Rica and two domestic locations (Virginia Beach and New Orleans). Each conference has been an amazing experience that has been filled with team building activities (i.e., dance competition on one of the cruises), sessions that were well attended and went off without minimal issues. Monica kept me abreast through out the whole planning process which included detailed itineraries. When I arrived there was very little for me to do so much so I often felt like it was more of a vacation versus a conference. She is very proficient at dealing with local staff (for international locations) and understanding their customs to share with myself and my attendees. Here is an example of some of the activities Monica organized for each conference: 1. Western Caribbean Cruise: Swimming in a Volcano 2. Virginia Beach: A crab feast 3. Mediterranean Cruise: Activities were endless, but day tour to Tuscany, private tour in Rhodes Italy, dinner overlooking the Colosseum at now one of my favorite restaurants called Aroma and other excursions throughout Italy and Greece. 4. Costa Rica: Waterfalls adventure and white water rafting and she also arranged our accommodations in a villa ;-) 5. South African: A safari get away 6. New Orleans: Plantation and swamp tours These annual conferences have gone from non-existent and to me in a panic to being the event of the year. The participation has increased each year and is the thing to look forward to. UME and Monica are just superior in the services they provide. Each conference has sincerely been unforgettable.
