Worst company for flooring, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First of all the company came out to my house to…read morequote me on my flooring, the sales man promised me they could lay my vinyl flooring all in the same direction. The fitters arrived on the day, they were very rude and they do not help to move anything if you can't move things yourself, they complain if they have to wait while you move things on your own. They then laid my flooring all in different directions. I complained and they said they would fix the mistake that had been made but not with out a big fight. They then came out 2 months later to fix the problem and laid two different coloured vinyl down, I complained once again and they said they would not fix it and that is what the vinyl is like and can never be matched in colour, I refused to accept that explanation and insisted they come and have a look, they came to look and agreed they would fix it and agreed I would get the darker vinyl that I liked. They came back today with the lighter vinyl and basically forced me to take a product I was not happy with and laid the flooring. They told me if I don't accept the vinyl as it is they would leave all the rolls of vynil at my house and they would not come back and fit it, basically they forced me into taking something I was not happy with. After they had finished fitting the lighter vinyl they left huge big cardboard rolls in my garden and left all the offcuts for me to dispose of, regarding the door bars, one of them is already loose and going to come off, they screwed my doors off and when putting one back on, they screwed it on incorrectly and it wouldn't close, I had to screw it off myself and re put it back up! Don't bother with this company as you will be disappointed and be treated badly when things go wrong! I have been patient with them and even with it being 3rd time lucky, I have not been lucky at all and I am still forking out a lot of money to pay for cheap quality horrible flooring which will probably not last, this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had! Big company's like this should not be able to get away with treating people like this, it is shoddy workmanship and bad customer service. My advice is to AVOID

This place is a family run firm who can compete on price with the biggest carpet retailers. But the real plus point with these chaps is that they use their own fitters and they'll obviously be able to help with technical stuff given their expertise. They have a fabulous local reputation and its well deserved in my opinion. They also have a good sized carpark which isn't obvious from the street but worth knowing about. Also they are very negotiable on price I've found and its worth haggling a bit. They have a bathroom division which I've heard good stuff about - I think its run from the same building but its actually a separate business.

They agreed to put a rush on the job and by lunch the following day, I received a call saying it was done. The furniture is used 5 days a week, during the working day. As its been 2-3 months since collection, I can safely say it is a great product, it looks and feels as new. Good value and great service.

I have recently used Bubblitex for some curtains and I have got to say I was extremely disappointed…read morewith their service. When going to view the fabrics little assistance and advice was offered ,then they came at a later date than originally given. The curatins didn't fit and Bubblitex had measured them for me! They did correct the problems, but I found I had to ring them to find out delivery dates even though they had assured me they would contact me. Over all a very disappointing experiance. I have never felt the need to write an uncomplimentary review on anything, this is my first and hopefully will be my last!
