They came and assessed the house put a guard on the ridge vent. Never came back in late spring as they said they would. Have not returned 3 voicemails and 2 emails regarding the fact that there is still scratching noises in the attic. read more

They claim they did a thorough investigation of my apartment after I heard bats above the drop ceiling & in the walls. They never removed any drop ceiling tiles to look, they only checked the roof to see how well everything was sealed... it's about $100 for this "investigation". They got there money & don't seem to care that I'm still hearing bats. Wouldn't a thorough investigation include removing drop ceiling tiles to look? The companies response was that "they don't tear apart people's houses to investigate". Really? The cable man removed a drop ceiling tile to get my cable working, how is that "tearing apart" anything? They claim they've been doing investigations for years, but there work proves otherwise. I would not recommend this company to any friend or family based on my experience. Also, my landlord paid this company & now they are trying to say that because I didn't pay, I'm not a customer. read more

Established in 1998.

Critters Inc is a family owned business started in Oakfield, WI by the Daniel "Buck" Wiese and his son Timothy Wiese. The business is still family owned and operated and has grown to service all areas of Wisconsin.

Meet the Business Owner: Timothy W.

Timothy is a 1998 graduate of Oakfield High School and continued his education at Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac, finishing with a degree in Waste Water Management. He also continued his education with the State of Wisconsin PAT (Pesticide Application Training) program and is a state certified applicator in multiple categories. Along with extensive training in pest control, he is also a certified Bat Control Technician. Timothy's focus is providing customers with the best products at the best prices and always having options available to fit every budget.
