The manager Ron has visited 3 times to inspect our trees and give his recommendations. This year he finally agreed that it was time to remove our old oak trees that were dying. We scheduled to remove them yesterday. The crew worked hard getting the job done in one day and cleaned up everything. Very happy with their work. read more

Not good customer service. Rude and did not fulfill obligations according to our contract. Weeds and crabgrass not taken care of. Unprofessional company. Constant reminders and lacked following up in a timely manner. Had to persistently email, text and call for work not done properly. First ever yelp review from me... We'd cut down some trees and trimmed branches and all that in our lawn, and we needed someone to some clean up our mess for us. I called a few landscapers in the city but Parm seemed the most helpful and told me that they could come that same day and clean up everything. I didn't even have to move all the stuff up front. They came and did an excellent job of cleaning all the piles up and sweeping up the little branches and crumbs. All that for a great price. Couldn't be much happier with their work. I highly recommend these guys based on this one experience , and will call them in future when needed. read more

Terrible customer service. Called in early March to set up a large landscape job and lawn treatments for our decently sized yard. They came right away to take a look and discuss what we wanted done. Never returned a phone call, or email after that and consistently were not able to get ahold of anyone to even give us an estimate for the work we wanted. However in early May they showed up two different times completely unannounced and did lawn treatments and then billed us for them. We didn't even know they came until we saw the aeration done. Even after that we couldn't even get a return email or phone call to give us a quote on the other stuff we wanted done (edging, mulch, garden borders, etc). Would never go to them again for a job needed. read more

Terrible service and work. They dumped wet stained mulch right in front of the house. It was wet and stained the entire driveway as they pushed it around to load it and spread it. We live on a fairly quiet street and they can dump the mulch at the end of the road like all our other neighbors have done. I had to ask them that evening to please come and power clean off the driveway and they did. They made deep ruts in the wet lawn after a few days of rain with their heavy tractor that they used to spread the mulch. They would not apologize for the ruts or repair them. I had to fill and repair the areas of the lawn they damaged with the tractor. Should have waited a few days before they went on the saturated yard with the heavy landscaping tractor. They were to edge all the mulch areas and they ended-up cutting through my neighbor's TV cable and cut through two of my 4" PVC down spout drain lines when they quickly did the edging. They were in a rush to edge and the mulch spread so they could go to another job. The owner and his receptionist denied doing the yard and piping damages when I called him the first time. They did a poor and incomplete job of edging the ends of the evergreen beds. No mulch on the ends of beds and excessive mulch by some of the trees. They buried perennial flowers and low profile shrubs with 4" of mulch. I had to dig them out so they would survive. The guys that did the mulching said they would grow through the mulch, they didn't. They mad no effort to protect or uncover low profile plants. They would not return my follow-up voice messages after the first call until I mentioned I was thinking about taking the yard and property damage issues and photos to court. The company owner final called me back and came out to look at the work. He blamed the drain pipe and cutting of the TV cable damages on the people that installed the pipes and wires too shallow. He repeatedly blamed whoever buried the lines 12 years ago for not burying them deep enough. He wouldn't take ownership or apologize for the damages they did. They also promised as part of the services to spray the mulched areas after a few weeks after mulching and they never showed up. He said he has GPS and said it shows that someone from his company came out to spray our yard. I showed him the yard work and showed him the weeds and grass that came up through the mulch they did not spray. He said I should have called after he said they came out and did the spraying. They were also to spray the neighbor's mulch area who had his yard mulched by the same company and they also did not get their yard sprayed. The owner finally offered a partial refund for the terrible landscape work after I sent him photos I took of the unacceptable work and damages. read more
