Took our two month old pup there cause had some worms,…read more Aday said he needed to be 35lbs he was at 20lbs so needed to gain 15lbs for the wormer and to bring him back in three weeks and our other dogs didn't need to worry!!!! After getting tired of worms dropping out his butt took him to another vet in another town which looked at the paperwork and didn't understand why he didn't just treat him right then nor give our other dogs treatment to keep it from spreading since they sleep right next to each other with live worms coming out!!!! Plus I looked it up on several sights there is no weight set for any dog age or breed to wait until a dog has to get too for wormer!! so won't be going back here no more pretty frustrating like some sick joke! Used to think it was a good vet and took all our dogs here but not now

Last June of 2025- This vet lied when I took my 17yr old cat in to be euthanized. He stated that it…read moreis a federal law that the owner cannot be present for the final shot and must take the animal to the back. First off he used the worst sedative possible that causes the most nausea and didn't provide any counter acting medication. My cat was choking on his own vomit and was panicking and miserable- was not at all the calm situation I have experienced with the several dogs I have owned throughout my life. My old boy deserved better. Mr.Aday had zero sympathy and handled my poor cat like a rag doll. I should have done more research since we were new to the area. I 100% recommend Oklahoma Vet Med, I have taken my other cats and dogs to them and it's obvious the doctors truly care at Ok Vet Med. Thank goodness for them! I recently had to put my other elderly cat down and that experience was night and day different and much more comfortable and calm for him. He purred till his last breath. My 17yr old cat didn't get that same experience and it hurts me knowing he could have had a gentle and calm passing had I done more research in the vet I chose. Aday is not an honest vet, take your animal elsewhere!!!

We knew we were about to lose every one of them. I had never been around cows before (my husband was out of town) and 6 of our bottle calves were very very sick. Dr Voss took time to show me how to put a tube down their throat, how to flip them over and what to look for if they got worse. I lost one, but was able to save the rest. If he hadn't been there and took the time to show me what to do, I would have lost them all. I was really expecting a very large bill, but it was very reasonable, especially for how long he was there working with me. He has since seen our dogs, cats and other cows. He takes phone calls after hours and tries to help whenever he can. I have seen other animals from our neighborhood that he has saved from rattlesnake bites and other nasty things. Would highly recommend him.

I was just trying to get some flea and tick for my dogs. When I was addressing the rudeness of the staff, the lead receptionist instead of addressing the situation, to find out what was amiss told me to leave. They are the most unprofessional humans I have encountered in a long time. I highly recommend going to Glover and dodging these quacks at all cost.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jennifer Livesay and everyone at Dripping…read moreSprings Pet Hospital. Over the years, she has cared for all four of our dogs, Bismuth, Topaz, Hemmii, and Jasper, through routine care, ongoing medical issues, procedures, medications, frightening scares, and all the assorted chaos that comes with loving four very different dogs. We have been through some genuinely stressful situations with them, including Jasper developing a growth on his foot that had us terrified we could be dealing with cancer. Dr. Livesay helped us navigate that entire scare with compassion, honesty, and a level head when we were understandably worried sick. Bismuth has also needed a lot of ongoing care over the years for his recurring papillomas, allergies, and the various issues that come along with managing chronic problems rather than something that can simply be fixed in one appointment. Through all of it, I have always felt like Dr. Livesay remembers who our dogs are as individuals rather than treating them like another name on the schedule. That is one of the things I appreciate most about her. She is kind, compassionate, thorough, and incredibly patient with both our dogs and with us. I never feel rushed or dismissed, and I have never been made to feel like a concern is silly or too small to ask about. She takes the time to explain what is happening, what our options are, what she recommends, and why. When something is scary, she is reassuring without minimizing it. When something needs ongoing management, she works with us to figure out what is realistic and best for that particular dog. Most importantly, I trust her. Completely. There is enormous peace of mind in knowing that when one of our dogs is sick, hurt, needs a procedure, or something just seems "off," we have a veterinarian whose judgment we trust and who genuinely cares about them. Her staff is wonderful as well. Everyone we interact with is kind, helpful, and clearly cares about the animals and families who come through their doors. They have always treated our little four-dog herd like they matter. And I absolutely have to give a special shoutout to Jordon at the front desk, who probably deals with me on what feels like a weekly basis at this point Between appointments, prescription questions, scheduling, follow-ups, random concerns, and whatever one of these dogs has decided to do to themselves this week, I am pretty sure Jordon sees our name pop up and thinks, "Here we go again." And yet Jordon is always patient, friendly, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. When you have four dogs, your veterinary office becomes a pretty significant part of your life. After everything we have been through with ours over the years, I feel incredibly fortunate that Dripping Springs Pet Hospital is ours. Dr. Livesay and her team have cared for our dogs through ordinary days and some very frightening ones, and they have consistently treated both them and us with compassion, respect, and kindness. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a veterinarian who is knowledgeable, caring, communicative, and surrounded by an equally wonderful staff. Five stars, absolutely and wholeheartedly.
