I LOVE Dr Voss and his staff. The first time I met him, he came out to our farm on a last minute notice to look at several bottle calves that had pneumonia. We knew we were about to lose every one of them. I had never been around cows before (my husband was out of town) and 6 of our bottle calves were very very sick. Dr Voss took time to show me how to put a tube down their throat, how to flip them over and what to look for if they got worse. I lost one, but was able to save the rest. If he hadn't been there and took the time to show me what to do, I would have lost them all. I was really expecting a very large bill, but it was very reasonable, especially for how long he was there working with me. He has since seen our dogs, cats and other cows. He takes phone calls after hours and tries to help whenever he can. I have seen other animals from our neighborhood that he has saved from rattlesnake bites and other nasty things. This is absolutely the worst veterinarian experience I ever had. The receptionist at the counter were absolutely rude from the moment I stepped up to the counter. I was just trying to get some flea and tick for my dogs. When I was addressing the rudeness of the staff, the lead receptionist instead of addressing the situation, to find out what was amiss told me to leave. They are the most unprofessional humans I have encountered in a long time. I highly recommend going to Glover and dodging these quacks at all cost. read more

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Helped my friend by paying for their family cats euthanasia. Even though there are MULTIPLE witnesses to me paying for it, Voss is trying to claim it was not paid for just to get some extra money in his pocket. I regret not asking for a receipt, but that was the last of my concerns in that moment. $200 to euthanize a family pet just for Voss to say he didn't get paid for it. If you do ANY business here, even if it is to just euthanize a beloved pet, ASK FOR A RECEIPT! read more

Dr. Voss himself is great. Great Vet and is always on call to help. However the staff is not great. Twice in a row I took my dog in and was charged $15.95 for an e-collar but was never sent home with one. The first time this happened, I figured it was a mistake. I worked in the vet field for 13 years, it gets busy and mistakes happen. so I was not going to make a fuss over it. However, it happened a second time within a month. So I called to get a refund. I was on vacation when my dog went for this visit (7/5) and my husband had to pick her up for me while I just paid over the phone. I did not see the receipt until Monday morning (7/8). I called (7/8) at 10am when I had a break in work to discuss the charge). The lady was extremely rude. She was not going to give a refund because their policy is to charge for one. If the client does not want one, it is our job to tell them to take the charge off. But why even put the charge on if you have no intention of sending one? She said she would credit my account. I asked why I couldn't get a refund for my money for a service I didn't receive? I told her I was upset about it. Her solution was to make my account "inactive". So now not only did I not receive a refund, if she really made my account inactive, I will not have access to this apparent "credit" on my account. Dr. Voss has done so much for me this year and made a few late night emergency calls for me. I hate that he has staff making a bad name for himself and his clinic. However, it sounds like I am not welcomed back after questioning extra charges. read more

Sadly, I have used Voss for 3 yrs and he had been ok up until my daughter had an issue with him and he decided to flag MY account as no service. I called their office multiple times to get an animal in and was told "go somewhere else". Never once told that I was "punished" due to my daughter's negative experience and apparent post (never even saw it as it was not my issue). I called to again get an animal in and was told "go somewhere else" and so I finally asked what was going on. I was then passed off to another person and told the issue as to why they wouldn't see me, because of my daughter (I wasn't even at the farm when it all happened either). My bill was always paid same day and I was always polite to the office and Voss. I will say he is not about the warm and fuzzies, more just to the point and blunt, so know that going in if you use his office. They say it wasn't professional to post on FB, but couldn't even be professional to let me know there was an issue and my account was no service. Shame on Voss and his staff for not even letting me know and me calling 3 other times to be told rudely "go somewhere else". read more

Voss really does care. I live in a town close by checotah, my mom was working at a local school at the time. At recess a bunch of kids found this very sick barely alive kitten, they named her Amelia and my mom called me to take her to the vet. When I saw here she was in bad shape, covered in maggots and barely moving. I took her to Voss and explained the situation. They cleaned up the kitten and gave her much needed nutrients, when they gave her back to me she was in much better shape and had perked up a lot. Voss warned me her fight wasn't over yet and he gave me special food, equipment, and medicine free of cost. He told me to call if any thing seemed wrong day or night. Unfortunately Amelia did not make it, but I have never forgotten his kindness. read more

This is the best vet ever. We live in Edmond but have a boat at Eufaula Cove Marina. After many years of going to over priced vets in the Edmond area a friend told us about this vet so we decided to give them a try. Couldn't be happier. The vet and staff were extremely nice and were very thorough. The cost of the check up and shots for our 2 dogs was cheaper than 1 dog in the Edmond area. read more
