I spent over an hour on the phone explaining that I absolutely needed my belongings picked up that day. Eventually they agreed, but the movers still arrived late. To make matters worse, when they arrived they tried to charge me extra to wrap my mirrors, even though I had already called ahead of time and was specifically told that this was included in my move. Now it has been a week and I still cannot get a clear update on where my belongings are or when they will arrive. The lack of communication and organization has been extremely frustrating.
