For $200 According to the invoice, the coils were cleaned. I asked them to come redo it because I can still see that it's not. They said, that coil cleaning isn't required during servicing and wanted an extra $325. Even tho... in the invoice is said they did it... and on the debrief that they gave me. I hired Hydro Kleen (5 stars for them). They inspected, serviced and cleaned EVERYTHING. I watches them clean the coils. The water was BLACK! The tech said this has never been cleaned. Any of it. Whatever E.T. "touched" was never cleaned. So E.T. what do your techs actually do? I requested my money back. Still waiting on a reply from a week ago.

When I called and asked what happened, I was told that no one was coming because the two offices don't communicate well enough. "Guess we'll have to work on that!"

Service was great until they had an ownership change within the last year I believe. I don't know the details but I do know that I have had a broken heat-pump since March and they have been "unable" to order the compressor that is under warranty. It appears more likely that they are simply "unwilling" to order the part as it is available. This should have been a very simple process. The new owner (Stephen Hill) has promised to call me back numerous times but has yet to do so. I had been out of the country until this week, so it was difficult (for me) to try to speak with anyone at all at BG via any form of communication. The quality of their service has decreased dramatically over the past 6-12 months. I have been waiting since early March and the damaged part has still not been replaced. Their communication is atrocious (non-existent really). I was able to speak with Mr. Hill on one occasion (when I was transferred to him from the office after calling 2 dozen times) and he promised that he would attend to this personally. The situation has gotten even worse since then. I have since called, emailed, texted and messaged dozens of times with no response of any kind. They have lost their BBB accreditation in June, and every recent review that I have read has been overwhelmingly negative. I do not understand the end-game. If they are trying to drive the company into bankruptcy then they are well on their way to accomplishing that.

He did not do anything other than say "I think the main control board is the issue" and put the screws back in. The tech was onsite for maybe 30-40 mins I actually tracked down and ordered the part for the fridge, and install it myself. If your not a large company - STAY AWAY
