We've been taking our 2 dogs there for several years and they've always done a nice job. I…read morerequested several times they schedule the dogs 1 week apart because it's easier for me to just handle 1 at a time. Today when they phoned I was asked if the appointment was for both dogs. My wife made the appointment so I asked her and she said she thought so. I dropped both off at 10AM. I ran out of things to waist time doing so pulled in their lot past noon even though they hadn't called. After setting in the lot a while I went in to check and was told 1st dog would be another 15 minutes. Jeanne then in a not nice tone of voice told me I could never bring the dogs again at the same time. It was her who recently told me how behaved they'd been and I should bring them in together. I reminded her I preferred bringing them a week apart and it's also easier on them to not have the dogs acting up with each other. Someone said that's no problem because they have extra help. They'd always done such a nice job but I don't appreciate being talked to that way especially when it was me who didn't want to bring them in together.
