They are a overstock / scratch and dent type of operation so what you see is what you get, and when trying to match multiple windows can be a bit tricky if replacing a whole house worth or something to that effect. But the workers are really good about spending that time with you trying to match up what you need. Be sure to take a good look over your purchase for function, scratches, etc. They do seem to accept returns (in my case they have). They do have some trim, some flooring, kitchen/bath cabinetry, and a few other things so you might want to check them out if you are either in construction or a homeowner doing some major renovations - they have some really high quality merchandise (some of these doors are definitely better than you'd find in stock at other home improvement stores).
