After doing a little research and obtaining four quotes from local roofers my wife and I decided to have our roof replaced (in the Verdmont development located in Simpsonville SC) using Family Roofing, LLC and Certainteed Landmark Pro shingles. Mark visited to discuss the current shape of our roof and offered suggestions on what we may need and more importantly what we may not need on the reroof job, and Angela drew up the contract for the reroof. The crew was exceptionally nice and they arrived up precisely at 7:30 am each morning. They covered our plants/bushes, took care of the neighbors on either side to ensure nothing of theirs was damaged and cleaned up all nails and plastic & shingle bits, boards etc... The crew worked 12-hour days for just over two days to complete the job. What great work by Family Roofing, LLC. I found Family Roofing through an internet search and called for a quote after reading positive reviews. We had a great experience with this business through the replacement of two full roofs after wind damage near the lake. The quoting experience couldn't have been better and one of the owners worked with the insurance company to get work started and finished quickly. I could not have imagined a better roofing company for the project. Give this group a call first if you need a roof. So many of the competitors would not even show up on time or at all for a quote. Shawn came out and checked a small roof leak-turned out to be minor,was repaired. He looked at the roof and caulked one area around the chimney flashing. He was very professional and punctual . I will call again in the future if needed. read more

Family Roofing was recommended to us and we called to have our roof inspected after a major storm. Jonathan called right away (I'm surprised by the other comment that no one responded?) and came out same day. He was friendly and very helpful pointing out several things we had not previously seen.
