My wife's car was recently totaled in an accident while our daughter was driving. After having the…read morecar towed away, we immediately went to our State Farm agent's office. A young man named Daniel Wilson took us to his office and helped us navigate a complicated and convoluted process that included notifying the South Carolina DMV of the accident and getting the ball rolling on having the car evaluated by a body shop for damage. He also facilitated our accident report with the State Farm adjuster. What he did really well was handle my daughter and wife very professionally and put their minds at ease about the process and what would happen next. That took a tremendous load off my shoulders as "the Dad", who is suppose to know all this stuff but really doesn't have a clue. So thank you Daniel for a great job.
