Love love love this inventive space. Stumbled upon their outdoor food truck party with a techno DJ. Escape the droves of tourists in the Old City. This stop alone in Holesovice is worth the trip. Check out their calender for music and food scene. Good mix of choices with the food trucks. I had Thai soup to warm me up and I caved for a hot dog. I had the New Yorker and I liked their version better than my hometown. You can add additional toppings. Beer is served only at one station closer to the sidewalk. Truly a gem. This was one of the best club experiences I have ever had. Being from the United States, I can promise you that you will never find something like this club back home. If you're into techno or just a more chill scene, you will love Cross Club. It had a very Steampunk/ industrial feel to it which I thought really fit its overall vibe. There were two small stages open when my boyfriend and I went, one upstairs and one downstairs. You can buy tickets upstairs to enter but make sure you have Crowns because they won't accept card or euros. Both of the stages had their own atmosphere, one was more chilled out techno that you just wanted to sway to and the other stage had a bit more upbeat music. If you're in Prague, you definitely have to come check this place out at least once. It really has such an open, free, and nonjudgmental environment. The crowd was very diverse ranging from old and young people which I thought was really cool. There's also two bars inside, a cafe, and multiple sitting areas where you can just hang out/drink/eat/talk. What makes this club so great is that there really is a place for everyone here. If you want to dance go dance! If you want to take a break and have some food, go get food! I really felt that once I was inside I could be whoever I wanted to be and that's always a beautiful thing. You have to stop by this place for a drink if you're ever in Prague. This place is randomly awesome. Be sure to explore all the floors and check out the industrial decor. This is like industrial, like lots of metal put together in a nice designed way. You just have to see it. They also have a cafe upstairs. Lots of seating available. We played pinball, drank lots of beer, and enjoyed the atmosphere. Music is electronic. This place is like if Burning Man were a bar open all year, but with real toilets. read more

My wife and I decided to stop here on a whim. We are here on our honey moon and saw The Shabs we're playing here for free. So we checked them out. We liked it and unanimously decided to go. First we went to the restaurant up stairs. I got the ribs and she got the pizza with prosciutto. Both were excellent! The ribs were like nothing I had before. Tons of meat and came with horseradish and mustard. I also got handmade pineapple lemonade! That was excellent too. We are now sitting downstairs watching the show. It's awesome because there is a screen at the bar. Our feet are killing us from walking around the city for 12 hours. Uh oh next band is starting! Gotta go! Check this place out if you're visiting! This place is CRAZY, but in a CRAZILY AWESOME way. Wow. A friend of mine who grew up in Prague told us to come meet her at one of the most far-away stations in the subway network "for an interesting Sunday night". Interesting it was and absolutely a lot of fun, as well. Cross Club looks like a big garbage dump from a distance and basically is exactly that, as it's all made out of old machines. You can sit outside in the garden, but also go inside in to the labyrinth-like rooms (in quite a couple of them is smoking allowed, bohoo), with electronic music blaring from the speakers. I was told they have live bands every night and at least this Sunday we were lucky. Also lucky enough to exactly catch the last subway back to the city center, but honestly? I wouldn't have minded to stay here and dance a little longer. read more

We came here most unusually to eat. The servers here were nice, most are not speaking english but can deal with broken czech. The interior is interesting, split into rooms, some smoking, some non smoking and they also have a childrens play area. The food was surprisingly good. I have hummus and homemade focaccia garlic bread. Delicious. The hummus was a bit pricy but it was a large portion and very good quality. It came with about 4 homemade wheat tortilla chips which I thought were weird and didn't need to be a part of the hummus but they were easy to get rid of. The focaccia was perfectly baked, super garlicy (if you love garlic you need to get this) and they were great together for dipping. My friend had the veggie burger and said it was alright, but the fries were homemade and also good. Overall I thought the experience here was good. Our server was nice, prompt and the food was good. I would go back here to try out some other food or even to their live music downstairs :-) read more

The metal steampunk decor is mind boggling. It's art, it's utilitarian, it's impressive. Great service lots of nooks and crannies to sit. Got pizza, it was good and came fast. As visitors from the US, this place was awesome. It's a mix between a bar, a restaurant, a club, and a place to just chill all in one. There's a spot to eat, which I'll dive into in a bit, a spot to sit outside in fresh air (smoke-filled air, albeit), plenty of spaces to sit at the different spots to grab a drink, and a dance floor. It was super cool but mostly because there isn't anything like this in the US (that I've been to, anyway). It felt very unique, and like a judgment free zone. Music: The music that was playing was dubstep/ EDM. I don't know if other genres play, so check that out before you go if you aren't an EDM fan. Food/ Drink: My husband and I shared the house burger & fries and it was pretty darn good, with 2 local Czech beers to wash it down with. Very good! It wasn't overly crowded, but we went on a Thursday evening and left around 12:00 midnight. It felt like it was starting to get crowded, and I could imagine that it gets popping on the weekends. The place felt pretty safe, and we don't speak any Czech. It's super close to the closest train station, but know that the last train leaves at midnight. read more

Cross Club is a labyrinth of small bars and dance rooms pumping different electronic music. Each room is creatively decorated with metal junk from computers and cars. You can easily get lost in here, especially if you've had a few drinks. Moving sculptures made of windshield wipers and LED lights hypnotize you along with the bumping music. The lawyers would never allow a club like this to exist in the USA because of all the jagged metal pieces on every surface. Cross Club is a necessary stop in Prague. Even if you're not into electronic music, the drinks are cheap so you have nothing to lose. read more

A friend took me to Cross Club after coming to Prague a few times and getting used to the normal tourist bars. This place was definitely dfiferent! It's a photographer's dream, and we got plenty of pictures of the unusual environment. I always tell people to go to this bar when visiting Prague as it's really something different. If you like edm/dubstep and want to get a glimpse into less-touristy prague, you owe cross club a visit. Really cool concept, with old machine/car parts as decorations. Two different stages with different variations playing. Lots of space inside to dance by the stages, hang out at tables for a break, or play arcade games. We played at least 10 games of foosball with some locals there in between dancing at the stages. Lots of signs that say no backpacks? But at least half the people inside had backpacks on... Decent prices on alcohol, but be aware that if you order a "gin and tonic", they give you a couple shots of gin and a bottle fo tonic water. We prefer stronger drinks, so just saved our bottles to use for 2-3 rounds of gin. Staff was very friendly! Not a given in prague towards tourists, so it's worth a mention. read more

This is a must see attraction in Prague. The multi-storey labyrinth of steampunk-inspired art installations with moving mechanical parts will surely blow your mind. Even if you're not into the thumping music or the crowd, you can't leave Prague without experiencing the Cross Club. The regulars look a bit rough and dodgy but didn't look to be troublemakers. It's very common to see people either passed out or getting high anywhere you go. The up-and-coming minimal and psytrance djs really get the crowd going and once they do the wacky interior/atmosphere really intensifies your experience. Very unique club in Prague (sometimes listed between the cooles clubs in Europe). Don't get too put off by it's underground, industrial and psychadelic look. It is actually very nice place with good food and very complex interior. The big plus is that you can sit outside - so when you get tired of smoke and loud music, feel free to sit at the terace. Most of the times the staff is nice and everyone is friendly and cool. The music spectrum that gets played here is various genres from electronic music to even instrumental music. (some people complain in their reviews about drugs but just walk across Vaclavske Namesti at night, all you see is drug dealers :), I only saw one drug dealer here before and he was in front of the club). read more

The underdog of global clubs, the Cross Club is one of the most versatile underground clubs I've been to. With many rooms, which some have their own private bars and music genres, it's never boring. I've seen some shows during my visits to Prague and it was really awesome experience. The main bar is located in a steampunk-crazy hall, with tiny, tiny booths. Place was so trippin'... awesome stuff! On the upper level, in case the munchies will take over, there an actual restaurant, that serves local Czech along with maybe the better pizza I've had in Praha. The prices are cheap and the beer, as it should be everywhere on this planet, is cheaper than water. Love and miss that place! read more

Great club! I wish I would have found it sooner than our last night in Prague. Awesome industrial sculpture decor and friendly interesting people. There was a really cool playing on the upstairs stage. Unfortunately, there was a private party that reserved the downstairs dance club the night we were there. There is also an outdoor music stage and lots of covered outdoor seating where you can have a smoke with your drink. The staff and other patrons were all really nice. I loved the alternative vibe here. It felt very gritty and grungy. The music can be house, dance, alternative stuff. I love how the place is decorated and the lighting is crazy. This is a really fun and unique place to check out if you want a grungy kind of club night. Lots of fun here! This is a strange steam punk place. You just got to go. DId not eat the food, which looked alright other than that silly corn on pizza thing they have as a topping option it looked good. The have a longer beer list than most place in Prague do and it is within easy walk distance of the Metro station.
