I would not recommend this company to anyone. They charged $315 on this last Saturday to drill one lock in order to get in the house. When asked if the $65 service fee was included on top of the $250 we were told no. When we contacted the office today to discuss this we dealt with an extremely rude person who answered the phone who kept saying "well she is grown and she paid what she paid". When we asked to speak to either a manager or the owner the person who answered the phone continued to talk over us. The person on the phone continued to try to start an argument and accused us of cussing at him which absolutely DID NOT HAPPEN. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Your guess is as good as anyone as to what they charge, anywhere from reasonable to ridiculus. read more

Locked myself out of the house. Called Cross Country Locksmith. Steve took my call, told me he would arrive in 20 minutes which he did (fantastic). He called to let me know that he had arrived (great). Had a little difficulty at first, but he got me in. I've used another company in the past, but Cross Country will be my primary locksmith from now on. Love to learn. Steve shared some information with me that i didn't know. We were having one of those nothing can go right kinda days and here comes Steven to the rescue! He not only went out of his way to get to us, he stayed way longer than we all expected, and he came back the next day to make sure we were taken care of. Our door was to say the least a challenge and Steven never broke a sweat. He was so professional and friendly the entire time. I would 100% recommend him to anyone in the area. I wish he was located in my state cause he's a life saver! Thank you Steven you were a shimmer of light on our trip :) read more

Steve saved the night lastnight! I called 4 locksmiths and was told by all 4 that the key had to be ordered and will not make it in until Tuesday! Decided to try one more and that one more was Steve! Good choice I made he came right on and was very professional & reasonable! read more

Terrible service! Scam artists! I called in advance to ask how much it would be and they told me $50, they came out and charged me $114! Told me $50 was for a base model.....my son drives a Chevy Cruz! read more

It was a late weekend day, & I live in the country. I called Mr Gullick, explained the situation of facing sitting in my car overnight, and he was here within 30 to 40 minutes. It being a weekend, and almost dark DST, I absolutely expected to pay a premium. First, he was kind & concerned for my wellbeing. Next, although the lock was a definite challenge, to gain access, he did not give up & succeeded. He had a new & better door handle & lock, in his van, which he installed. Then, he even keyed the front & back doors the same. After all of that, I certainly expected a bill out the wazzoo, but it was reasonable considering the circumstances & amount of services provided. My son locked his keys in his trunk. His only set! We called 2 other businesses before being lucky enough to call Cross Country Lock & Keys. The other businesses did not seem like they wanted to be bothered. We are in Hernando, MS, so maybe that was too far? And the one gentleman seemed a little rude and charged almost twice as much as Cross Country. The technician texted us 10 mins before he was going to arrive so we could meet him at the car. His name was Steve, he was extremely nice, professional and went out of his way to let me know that if we carried road side assistance on out insurance we could file our receipt for reimbursement!! (I just did and the money is on its way!) We would definitely recommend Cross Country and Steve to anyone in our situation. There weren't enough stars to give for the EXCELLENT service I recieved. I had multiple lock out issues, and he didn't hesitate when asked if he could provide services. He extended additional services not related to locksmithing and gave some references. GOOD customer service does exist! I would recommend this guy to anyone who is locked out. I was locked out of my car today. I called 3 other people before I got to him. Once I had his number I called and he was there quick. It took about 5-10 minutes before he got my keys out and he is very reasonable. Less than the others I had called. So if u looked out give him a call. read more

Professional, fast, and on time service. Prices are great and lower than the industry leaders. Called Cross Country Locksmithing because I locked the keys in my car and had reservations for dinner in the next hour, the young man said I'll be there in 20 to 25min. Got there in 18min and 5min after, job done!!! read more
