I needed a key fob programmed for my 2005 Jeep. Collierville Jeep charged me over $200.0 for the key but could not program it because it was too old and suggested Christian Brothers Automotive, who wanted over $300.00 to program the key!!! These guys have a top notch locksmith operation with excellent professional service and outstanding chatacter. I must say that they are life savers and they literally rescued me from a very bad situation. They not only worked overtime to open my safe but also made me keys and their price was very very fair. I got a chance to chat with Lee and found out a few things about his sports enthusiasm and the fact that while not a Patriots fan he really respects Brady & Bellicheck so that's a bog plus but what he does for his neighbors and fellow man is absolutely beyond honorable and it shows in his business and work ethic. I saw several other customers other very satisfied customers in their own kind of crisis being efficiently served with the same kind of attention and professionalism as I experience. There's also a younger Lee also that was one of the team there who worked very hard on my problem and his attitude and warmth for my wife and I made us feel welcome and we appreciated their kindness and great service. But wit there's more, before zi had returned home they contacted me to tell me that a valuable had fallen out of my safe, so there it is again the swift action if some good folks. I used them in the past and found them very helpful. A very nice woman was working dispatch. Today, I waited for hours with no estimate of time. Called back and was told that the person was on his way. The problem with that is the man on the phone never asked for my name or address. I waited longer and called back. This time, the guy asked my address. He couldn't explain how someone was on his way when the guy on the phone had no idea which customer it was. Keep in mind you give these people your home address, and they aren't transparent in return. Don't tell me you're on the way if you don't even know who I am. read more
