The coaches are very helpful when you have questions, and they push you to improve. You don't get that when you go to a random gym. They have a good variety of class times throughout the day, and you can pop into any class you like. I typically go 3-4 times a week, but they are open 7 days a week. As a new member, they have 3 free 1:1's where you learn how to do the movements properly. They continue to focus on your form and help as needed. I appreciate this since I've heard of Crossfit injuries. This is community based gym so there are many families due to having bootcamp (to get in shape), Crossfit Kids, Crossfit Teens, Crossfit, and Yoga on the weekends! There is a wide range of people from old, young, in shape, out of shape so you will not feel out of place. There are different scales availability based on your ability level. If you are looking for a Crossfit gym, want to get or stay in shape, or need a new hobby, try a class! You won't be disappointed!

My daughter also participated in their kids CrossFit program and she has become a CrossFit junkie. The facility is always very clean and the atmosphere is excellent.

If you're looking for a challenging workout, Studio Torch is your spot…read more The studio is a good size and can accommodate a large class, they have equipment you probably do not have at home such as a ski urg and a rower. I love going to classes where I'm going to get a different workout in than my usual, and Studio Torch is that for me. It's typically a HITT workout, but you can sign up for different types of classes on different days like arms, cardio, or glutes and legs! I like that you can chose- but each day there is definitely a cardio aspect. The instructors are high energy and the atmosphere is intense, great for working out if that's what you like!! I always feel amazing after. There's also MANY times so you will definitely be able to accommodate any schedule.

Each class is challenging and I do believe that my strength and endurance have both improved significantly. If you're someone who doesn't like running (like me), the great thing about Studio Torch is that you won't be running more than 7 minutes max. The classes are in the form of stations with varying reps, times, distances, and number of times you rotate around the room. The community and staff are also part of why I enjoy it so much. Their weekly schedule is as follows: Monday Arms and Abs, Tuesday Total Body Circuit, Wednesday Butt and Legs, Thursday Total Body Tabata, Friday Cardio and Core, Saturday Total Body, and Sunday Total Body. If you're looking to trial the place, they do a week unlimited for $10! Hands down favorite place to workout.

From my first class their as someone who barely knew what Crossfit was I felt so welcome and the coaches and other athletes in the class enthusiastically met me where I was at and pushed me at my own pace towards my own aspirations. Beyond that, going to class was one of the parts of my day that I looked forward to the most simply because I would get to see the people that I quickly called my friends and the workout was an added bonus. The only reason I'm leaving the gym is because I have to move away for work, but it will be a part of my day that I truly miss!

If you're looking for a gym that's crawling with bro-y, unfriendly, competitive, unhelpful athletes…read morewho take no interest in your personal life and disregard you entirely if you don't have 4% body fat and a 400 lb front squat, Bombers isn't your gym. I'm not a natural athlete. Never have been. I was that kid that actually tried to get hit during dodgeball so I could be out of the game and watch safety from the sidelines. So you can understand my wariness of crossfit and the "cult mentality" that makes it so easy to make fun of on social media. But wandering in those doors one afternoon last fall (knowing no one or nothing about crossfit) was one of the best happenstance events of my life. Me before Bombers: bony, underweight, with no muscle tone due to unhealthy restrictive eating, no knowledge of how to do anything with a bar, couldn't do one push up. Terrible lack of confidence in my coordination, body, and athletic abilities. Now? I've become so much more confident in myself both athletically and as a person. I eat more. I can do RX pull-ups, push ups, and even pistols (on one leg, that is. Still working on the other leg). I had to buy all new pants because of my quad gains. But most importantly? I've made some of the best friends I've ever had. The coaches at Bombers are incredibly kind, personable, and approachable. They WILL do whatever it takes to help you succeed. They're motivating, affirming, and just downright good people. Bottom line: It doesn't matter what your level of fitness is. Don't think you can't do crossfit because you're not at a "certain point." You CAN. And Bombers is the place to do it. Just show up.

I am not going to lie, I felt completely out of place during my first class. Everyone seemed to know what they are doing at each station and the different terminology used. The extremely nice thing is that the instructors go over each station, demonstrate, and tell you how long you are to do things. There are 10 stations and you are at each station for 3 minutes each. There is typically two types of workouts at one station. They can switch every 30 seconds, 2 minutes and 1 minute, or whatever the instructors decide that day. This makes the workout seem much faster! The stations pretty much stay the same: The what I call "fancier" treadmill, kettle bells, rower, Jacob's ladder, TRX, cycling, weights, body weight exercises, and the Dog Sled/ropes. I wish I knew more of the actual terminology of the equipment. It seems to be a rotations of cardio and then weights. Some exercises you do using body weights, such as push ups or burpees. Even though it's only 3 minutes at each station, it is a tough workout and the instructors will absolutely push you! You do get a break in between each station and this time can be used to wipe down the station you were just at. You will warm up and cool down with the instructor and will have music to help motivate you. I typically go during the weekends because those are full body workout days. I have gotten a chance to meet Shannon, Mackenzie, Diana, and Ulli. They all have such a different personality to them which I appreciate. I love Ulli's energy and Diana is hilarious! I would highly suggest 3MF if you want a killer workout! :)

I got out of my comfort zone for 50 minutes and experienced heart pounding workouts. As well as made modifications when I needed to. Just like the previous review, I had tried out all the gyms like Orangetheory, Lifetime Fitness, etc and none really did the job I was looking to get out of a real workout. Fast forward to yesterday, I step foot into 3Minute Fitness see, a bunch of stations and realize, dam I'm going to have my ass kicked here seeing all this equipment. It was certainly the case, 10 stations were put together and each station was 3 minutes hence the name of the place. They definitely kicked this girls butt yesterday! When you get to that point where it's super uncomfortable and you can't go anymore, that's when you know you've had a real workout. I had that here last night. I started on the rowing machine then did body lunges, followed by the hardest thing there the Jacob's ladder which moves only when you do and you have to be strapped to it. From there I moved onto the TRX straps, followed by the bike, weights, ball weights, Rogue equipment you push down the field and back, treadmill controlled by your movement alone and finally kettle bell's. Whew, that was a mother load of a workout! I probably missed a few little things but as you can tell I'm still sore from yesterday as I type this review! 3Minute Fitness, you definitely impressed this girl with your fitness classes! I love when I get the best workout that not only makes me feel better, but changes my whole day from a bad day to the best day of my life from sweating and working as hard as I knew I did!
