They were all about us working out. They made it possible for my daughters to come in and have the best workout of our trip. The facility is loaded with everything you'd need. While it is far behind our skill set or experience, it was super cool to see a boxing ring and punching bag as well. Nobody seems to care either, it's still in the corner with all the other bars a month later. And the new machines that have been steadily accumulated over the past year are just as sketchy. I also had a very poor experience with an employee recently as well. A couple of friends and I decided to go at 10pm because there's almost nobody there that late, and after one of my friends connected to the gyms sound system to play our own music. The employee (the only other person in the gym apart from us) thought it was appropriate to immediately yell at us and accuse us of not having a membership in an attempt to throw us out. A simple, "you're not allowed to do that" would've sufficed, even though we do this just about every time we go this late and none of the other employees seemed to mind given the place is totally empty and we aren't playing anything different than what they play. Then the employee decided to put on his own music and turn it up as if to drive us out. Ive been considering canceling my membership for a while because of the decreased quality of the equipment, but after this my friends and I are definitely going to a different gym.

Owner, Lori Denton, is so sweet and instructs weekly at this studio (she owns/operates multiple yoga/pilates studios around the area). Her classes are fantastic for all levels, and will teach you so much about your practice and how to continue growing and pushing yourself further. It's a beautiful space with plenty of reformers and cubby space for personal belongings. I attend the reformer "power" and "sculpt" pilates classes, and I always leave feeling more aligned and like I got the best full body workout. I also highly recommend taking Melissa's classes. She is amazing! It's hard to find instructors who are truly there to watch your form closely and correct any positioning while offering modifications, and Melissa always makes sure to connect with every person in the class and she's also super encouraging which will inspire you to push beyond your boundaries.

The doors were locked, leaving me standing outside unsure of what to do. When someone finally came to the door, I was met with an extremely rude response and told I was not allowed to join the class and should instead "reserve" (and pay for) the 6:00 PM class. This was especially frustrating considering it took me over 35 minutes to get there, and the delay was caused by their own failure to provide basic directions or answer the phone. Poor communication, locked doors, and dismissive staff made this a complete waste of time (1.5+ hours of driving and swearing). I would not recommend this studio to anyone.

I have lost a significant amount a fat, while retaining my muscle mass. I feel comfortable in my own body and have true self confidence for the first time in my life. I feel like the owner not only cares about the member's fitness, but also their mental health and emotional well being as well. Never once have I felt unheard, disrespected, or unwelcome in this environment. Workouts are intense, challenging, and fun. Members lift each other up and it's a great community.
