I am exhausted as I write this and know I had a true cardio workout, but it felt like playtime. I got to hit bouncy balls with drum sticks and rock out to 70's music at the same time! Tomorrow morning, at dawn, is yoga. There are more classes on the horizon. I understand there is an orientation and I look forward to learning about everything this facility has to offer.
