The trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable, especially the owner, Greg. With his too many to list degrees and certifications, he has an answer to every problem you can come up with. The quality of instruction is exceptional here. Do not be intimidated, they are extremely patient, regardless of your level of fitness. Beginners (like my scrawny self) will feel completely welcome and soon be breathing fire like the rest of the group. Been working out at…read morevarious gyms over 30 years and this is definitely one of the best regarding available equipment and tidiness. What I appreciate most is that most of the customers put away their weights and re-rack, certainly more than most other gyms I've been to. One minor complaint is that the dumbbell racks could be better arranged such that the weights progressively increase as you go down the rack, instead of the not so intuitive way they are now. Other than that, no significant complaints. Staff has been friendly whenever I've gone, and at least in the middle of the day when I've worked out, gym isn't crowded. I buy a week pass for $29, also very reasonably priced for a guest pass.
