Finding the right CrossFit may be a struggle for some people, but at CrossFit Synapse I have found the coaching far more superior amongst other CrossFits. Being that I am an Occupational Therapist, I can tell you that the coaches know how the body moves and works. I have found this gym last year and I have been going there since. Not only have I lost a lot of weight and gained muscle, but they have become like family to me. The coaches are so nice and really care about technique more than anything, they also offer gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and it's a lot of fun when you do it with the community

What to say? I first joined synapse in October 2014 and it was the best decision of my life thus far. Once I made up my mind on going to synapse the process after, was easy. I emailed Allison and I was in the door the next week. I had started out attending crossfit classes and in April 2015 they had started a new barbell (Olympic Weightlifting) class. I signed up immediately because if you know anything about crossfit, is they use Olympic lifting movements. I wanted to get better and stronger and I have...tremendously. All of the coaches break down movements for you or scale the workouts to your level. Whether it's coming into a weightlifting class, gymnastics class or the crossfit classes. We have members of all ages and activity level. I tell people that my gym is the best (those people say everyone says that about their gym) but mine really is. Along with getting stronger and better at technique, I gained a new home. I found a place that I could fall asleep rolling out or hanging out for hours. I thank my husband for pushing me into synapse and I thank Jimmy and Allison for giving me a second home.

I've trained here consistently through pregnancies, postpartum, and now even with my kids who honestly think this gym is the most fun place to go with me. What makes this gym so special is the perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and community. Roy and Maytal run this place with a level of passion, expertise, and care that you just don't find anywhere else. The coaching is top notch, knowledgeable, attentive, and always focused on proper form, safety, and long term results. The workouts are the perfect mix of fun and challenging. You leave every session feeling stronger, accomplished, and proud of yourself. No two workouts are the same and the constant variety keeps you excited to show up. Even on the toughest days the energy in the room pushes you further than you thought possible. And the community is truly something special. The members are like family, supportive, uplifting, and genuinely invested in each other's success. Whether it is celebrating milestones, motivating each other during a tough workout or just sharing laughs, you always feel surrounded by people who care. Interval Strong is not just a gym. It is a place that helps you grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. Thank you Roy, Maytal and Livnat for creating a home where we can challenge ourselves, have fun, and feel supported every step of the way. You guys are the best.

I started doing it and working out but as the pandemic progressed it was harder and harder to find the motivation to do it by myself while I am stuck at home. Roy then advertised that he is doing a challenge that includes a balanced/ healthy Lifestyle, online workouts and even meditation. The best thing about it that he donated to help people in need at this crazy time. I have since lost a lot more and I feel healthier and happier then I have in a long time. Thank you Roy !!

Super clean gym, wide open space, good equipment and the friendliest and knowledgable team of coaches. I love that there's proper warm up, stretch session AND thorough instruction for technique and form before the actual workout. Too many gyms overstuff their WODs without proper technique or plan and that's when injury happens. I also love that their workouts are well thought out, so there's a chance for growth, and I'm able to come more than 4-5 times a week without feeling like I'm going to get injured. Also, what a great idea to have a WOD app to log your workouts and have the ability to cheer on others and vice versa. It's very refreshing and encouraging. The members here are all super supportive and friendly too. Just the kind of vibe and camaraderie you need when you're going through a tough session. And one thing I think is so important for any gym is attentive coaching, VS definitely cares. The coaches aren't on their phones, doing their own thing or cleaning or trying to close up when you're doing the workouts, they're paying attention to you. I've been to other places, where it's not the case. Anyway, shout out to the awesome coaches like Allison, Ernie, Tarson, Cassandra, Tia and the very friendly owner Chad for making me feel so welcome. I hope this place never changes because I definitely love coming here.

Each day of the week focuses on a different muscle group, keeping workouts varied and effective. The exercises are both challenging and fun--you'll definitely feel the results the next day! But my experience yesterday left me completely disappointed and unlikely to return. I arrived 15 minutes late and was told by Edwin (the director) that I couldn't join. I understand punctuality is important, but I've regularly seen other members arrive late, sometimes well into the workout, and they've always been allowed to quietly join a station. This has happened many times and has never been an issue. When I explained this, Edwin first said he'd "make an exception this one time" but immediately changed his mind and refused me entry. He said his members know this policy. I'm not a member of this studio and this policy is not listed in ClassPass. When I pointed this out, he just blamed ClassPass instead of offering any solution or consideration. The whole interaction felt dismissive, inconsistent, and showed no real care for a loyal attendee who is not officially club member. It turned what was normally a positive experience into something so unpleasant that I don't feel like coming back
