He has always had the right answer to our concerns and we have always left the office feeling better about our concerns. The cost of the apartments are reasonable and our 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath is a decent size. Eric has always made the lease renewal process very easy and stress free. I have had a few incidents where our bathroom flooded and the maintenance team jumped right on it, regardless of the time that we called. They had my entire carpet cleaned by the next day and the vendor they use for that was very professional. Overall, we are content living here until we graduate college and buy a house.

I'm guessing someone sued because we received a letter in the mail saying the living conditions the management has allowed residents to live in is unsafe. There's been word going around of pest in peoples apartments like roaches, mice, etc. They are JUST now doing repairs on stuff we told them about when we FIRST moved in (we've been here for a little over 3 years....) Property isn't the prettiest, definitely need some new paint and better security gates. Won't be here for much longer, but all in all id say it's overpriced considering just a few of the things i've listed but better then what it was about a year or 2 ago when it comes to quietness

During the extensive work, I decided to add stairs to the slope. I also had them onstall sod to thenfront yard and plant numerous plants and trees. Hector was very accommodating and helped me decide on the style of stairs and trees that I decided to add to the slope. He was always ready to answer any questions or concerns I had and would keep me informed of the progress. I am extremely satisfied with the work Hector and his crew did at my home.
