Very convenient just over the MA border in Seekonk, Still the lowest price on fuel that I could find. Diesel is about .78 cents cheaper here then in RI Decent car wash you can opt for for a additional coast at the pump. I believe there's a D&D at this location as well. I always try to stop here for fuel when ever I'm in the area. read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. The car was ripped the rear light off of my jeep wrangler!! The second I pulled out of the car wash my dash board notified me that my rear light was no longer working so I pulled over to see a gaping hole in my vehicle. I walked over to the attendant to tell him and in response, he bends over to hand me my sudsy light. For reference this is a 2022 jeep wrangler with me being the first owner. I went to the Crossroads Convenience gas station in Seekonk Ma. to cash a $30 dollar lottery scratch ticket that I hit for $50 dollars, I handed the Young male cashier the ticket and while he was ringing it up I was casually looking up at the ticket rack not paying attention to him.... I look up at him when he was done and he said $30 dollars, I paused for about 5 Sec. and told him it was a $50 dollar hit and he grinned and said he was just screwing with me. I immediately told him that I would be letting his manager and/or the owner know..... I'm also filling a scam report to the Ma. Lottery investigation team. CAUTION!!! DO NOT GET GAS HERE!! I got gas here and I went to start my car in the morning a couple days later and my car would not start. I thought maybe my battery went dead. We called AAA to get it jumped. The AAA service person that came to the house told my husband that I'd bought "cheap gas" and that was the problem. This was after my husband had finally gotten the car to start and there was a HUGE plume of BLACK SMOKE that came out of my exhaust pipe! I was told to put "dry gas" in my tank to compensate for the horrible gas I had purchased that was going to mess up my car. A couple weeks later I'd forgotten where I'd bought this "cheap gas" (there are a couple other gas stations in the area) and in a moment of desperation (I was on Empty) I stopped here again. I realized as soon as I'd started pumping that Oh Crap...this was the bad gas station! I bought only $5 of gas just to get me home for the night. The next morning when I started the car to warm it up the stench of the smoke coming out of my exhaust was the worst smelling exhaust I'd ever smelled. Not that I go around smelling exhaust fumes, but it was so toxic smelling that I immediately drove over to a Hess station to fill up the rest of my tank to hopefully alleviate the damage that I'd done to my car. I only go here for the gas. I don't worry about the car washes (as I've read others have had problems with it). All I know is this place has a lot in one location. There is a Subway and a Dunkin Donuts inside. Most times though I don't go inside so I don't have to worry about interacting with incompetent workers. Also this place most times has lower gas prices than the other gas stations in the area and the pumps work well enough for me. I'm satisfied here. read more

I'm not sure why these people can't get this right. You're a gas station, can you get your pumps to speed up a bit? I'm at pump 11 where I have filled up before. This pump is terribly slow. I went in to the Dunkin' Donuts where the staff is friendly and competent. Waited in a small line got an iced tea and cane out and wrote this entire review. Still waiting to fill up. I thought certainly I would finish filling before this note was done but no. At least the DD is good. That added a star. Nope still not done. This...is a true story! So last week I go into Crossroads and the girl behind the counter is on her cell phone arguing with someone. Why do retail establishments allow workers to use their cell phone? So rude. Anyway, I wait for her to tell the person that she needs to go, she puts the phone down, and then she can't get the Powerball slip to work in the machine. She begins to complain that the manager still hasn't done anything about that even though she's told the manager that the machine needs to be repaired, so I decide to fill out a new slip to see if that would help. As I'm filling out the slip she picks up her cell phone and is back at it yammering away. Then she decides to chit chat with a friend that walks in, so I give up and leave. A day later I find out that four of my numbers (three white balls plus the powerball) came in for $100. No kidding. The first time in years that I don't play my numbers and four of them come in for $100. Sigh, thanks a bunch Crossroads. read more

While Crossroads Convenience Store, Seekonk is a great store, BEWARE OF PURCHASING A CAR WASH from them to get the lower price per gallon unless you intend to use the car wash immediately. If you intend to use it at a later date and the CODE expires, YOU LOOSE THE MONEY YOU PAID FOR THE CAR WASH and THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT. They do not post this information at the pump. Stopped today on my way to work to have my disgustingly dirty, road-salt-stained car washed. With the extremely cold temperatures we've had the past few weeks, I was elated to see that they were open! The gentleman who assisted me (I was not able to reach the credit card slot) was very helpful and extremely pleasant. He explained that because of the cold, they had been experiencing some issues with the machinery. But, if I was not pleased with the outcome, he would offer me a complimentary wash at a later time. I hate this place!! I wish I didn't frequently go here, it's just so convenient, but the women that work here are terrible!!! And seriously, the service has been like this with the same workers for over a year.. You either get the grumpy woman who doesn't want to give you change for a dollar, ( to use THEIR vaccumes), she legit was so angry and acted as though it was such a hassle. As a local resident, I often stop at this busy location for gas, car wash etc. Today was the last straw, pumps are out of gas, and ur unconsiderate staff doesn't inform customers who are standing out in the frigid cold trying repeatedly to pump gas. I went here to get a car wash and the thing didn't work so I tried one more time, still nothing. I went into the store to get reimbursed but the staff couldn't do anything about it. The manager was called and when he showed up he assured me that he would credit my card for the two $14 washes that I never got. Now, a week later, I still have not gotten my money back. When I called, the guy who answered the phone didn't know when the manager would be around nor did he have his phone number. He also told me that management had changed recently and that that manager may not even work there anymore. I told him that if he couldn't give me any information I would contact the police. Usually have one of the lowest gas prices in area and with an extra $0.20 off with car wash, even better. I'm really giving the 5 stars because of the employee they have working out by the car wash to pre-rinse the cars (especially when they get that winter film). I brought my car for a wash. The "garage door was closed, but the lights were blinking green, signaling ok to enter. The "auto attendant" said enter your code. I did. It then said "take foot off the brake and put car in neutral". I did. The mechanism pulled my car forward, but the garage door only opened a little and dragged across my front bumper, hood and roof, leaving HUGE scratches as it went. The exit door did was closed as well, but that did open all the way. I was told to speak to manager tomorrow (he wasn't in). The man I spoke to said the same thing happened to 4 cars & they have it on video tape. I went back the next morning, to speak to the manager, Roger. He had me fill out an incident report and was told he'd be back in touch. I dropped off an estimate, $2,300.00!. I'm still waiting for Roger to call me back, A WEEK LATER. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! If I get appropriate response, I'll gladly write a more positive review. I'll be stopping back in to see Roger. read more
