Impossible to sleep the bed was on such an angle, honestly had to put five pillows under one side just to make it somewhat level. It's a kitchenette room only half of one burner worked and the oven was full of rust particles and rust. The woman at the desk was super friendly until you mention anything wrong with the room. As soon as you mentioned something wrong it's like a switch is flipped and she went total psycho. Cigarette Burns in the floor, the rooms look like they're out of a 60s or 70s horror movie. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. When we left the place (paid for a night we didn't stay for) I tried to pay for the room after her outbursts, and she would run to the back and said she didn't have time for this. Finally after a few attempts and her ringing the room constantly for money she accepted my debit. She told me that I was just going to cancel the debit just haven't figured out how you do that LOL. It was definitely an experience. So we stayed there for four nights paid for 5 and learned a lesson. The best part of when we left she came running out of the office and yelled and you're both fat! Professionalism at its best LOL

Then they told me "house keeping didn't find anything". Basically housekeeping stole my 2 jackets (an Arteryx & a Patagonia). I left messages three days in a row for the manager Joy to call me back. No return phone call whatsoever. Totally unprofessional.

Wooden doors (completely unsanitary in a washroom, btw) and old carpet with staining throughout . Definitely not the level of cleanliness that I am used to or expect missing chunks of tile on even baseboards. Overall, not very impressed with the condition of the king executive suite that I paid for. Drop ceilings in the bathroom make it feel like it's my grandma's basement. Fingerprints on the television as well as the dining room furniture. Just overall unhappy with the cosmetics and cleanliness of the suite. Found garbage on both sides of the bed. And of course, to top it all off the unpleasant front desk staff that may be needed a day off, considering their attitude. Broken window and broken screens . will include lots of photos. I will never stay here again. It thoroughly disgusting to be honest.

My company uses this hotel a lot.. but this was my first experience. There was lots of parking available, and most spots, if not, appeared to be energized parking spots. The check in process was quick and painless. The lady at the desk explained where everything was and I was on my way. The room was laid out in a pretty standard way. It was a business suite and included a sitting area with arm chairs, TV, microwave, bar fridge, sink, and coffee maker. There was a desk with a lamp, and the bedroom had a full dresser, two night stands, AMAZING bed, closet, ironing board and iron. Oh, and a TV of course. If I had one wish, it would be that there would be more plug ins around the room. Breakfast is provided and is more than your standard continental spread. You can make toast, bagels, there's a waffle station, cereal with cold milk, pastries, yogurt... and a different selection of hot food each day. The first day was scrambled eggs and home fries, the second day was cheese omelettes and and little dollar hashbrowns. The first day was much yummier than the second. OH! I almost forgot the coolest part. When I was checking out, I made a joke about trying to get the bed into my car so I can take it with me. And you can actually purchase the same mattresses for an INCREDIBLE price. Call the hotel for details. I was pretty blown away by this. And of course... free wifi with good signal throughout the hotel. Reasons for the slight decrease in stars: 1) The lights flicker for a while when you first flip the switch. Not just a little. 2) the CN Rail track is very close... it woke me up a couple of times the first night. luckily, the bed and pillows are SO comfortable, that I got back to sleep right away. 3) the hotel is only 6 years old, but the elevator sounds and feels like it's 20 years old. But all that together, when compared to all the good, was only worth one star. Highly recommended!
