nothing bad to say about the hill, the staff and runs are amazing the only thing is that helmets are required in the terrain park. The rental helmets aren't amazing nothing against helmets but the rentals are uncomfortable. renting is very simple. the platter lifts are extremely uncomfortable for snowboarders the terrain park is great yet very small. great beginner/ intermediate hill. Will be going back. read more

The Fairview Ski Hill is probably the best hill you'll find in the area. Prices are decent and snow is usually good. When the Tbar run is open, there is some great advanced terrain too. They have a sweet snowboard park as well. read more

The Fairview Ski Hill is located 20km southwest of Fairview, Alberta. We offer 15 runs from beginner to advanced, serviced by 4 ski lifts. With 20,000 feet of groomed runs on 100% natural snow, there is skiing and snowboarding for everyone, no matter your ability - from first timers on the bunny hill to advanced skiers and boarders on the t-bar. There are lessons available for beginners, a terrain park for snowboarders, and several special events throughout the season. Our rental shop offers a large selection of skis, boards, and everything else you need to get out on the slopes.

History

Established in 1970.

The Fairview Ski Hill was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 1970 and heavily relied on volunteer and community support. Volunteers continue to assist in projects and the hill is still run by a volunteer board.
