The less you have to interact with the employees, the better. Even the manager was totally not helpful when she had a new employee who didn't have a clue how to do anything. I was terrified that after paying for 2 storage units that our units would get broken into because they told us they don't even bother responding to the alarms. I read lots of bad stories on people getting stuff stolen. We luckily got everything in and out within 1 month for a move, and will never be back. We spent a small fortune after everything. I recommend going to a locally owned storage instead.

Eventually you'll learn to ignore the westbound train that runs along the northern perimeter during the late evenings.
