The key cards never worked. They had to be reset multiple times. Air conditioning didn't work had to he moved to a different room. The lobby where breakfast is provided smelled like chlorine and was over heated. The plug ins in the night stands are loose which could cause a fire if someone used them. Which means we couldn't change our devices. Overall don't waste your money.

They also had parking spots in the back that made trailer parking easy without taking up 6 spaces - an unusual and most welcome feature. It is like right across the street. The service was not inviting but not turn you away either... just lacked luster. We did the Trail Run and I think the Fitness Trail is really nice. I wouldn't pay for their golf carts again though-super slow. $40 and we hardly used it because it took too long to get around. Needless to say, this experience did NOT start off well. Even worse, the room smelled awful, as if it hadn't been cleaned very well or as if housekeeping was covering up the smells of a previous customer who used the room as their own personal smoking or vaping den. Like a lingering ghost, the smells wafted about and permeated every cubic inch of that room, even disturbing my sleep. At least the shower was excellent with tremendous water pressure.
