He asked me if I was there with someone else who had coincidentally tried to buy the same brand of cigarettes but had been turned away. I told him no since I was with my wife headed out for the night. He then asked if I was sure I confirmed I had no idea what he was talking about then was refused service. No clue why as I'm sure probably 100s if not 1000s of people come in on a Saturday night buying smokes and I'm sure some of us buy the same brand. Very poor customer service and without any logical reason. Very strange behavior and walked out of the store empty handed and confused. When they changed hands, there were changes that happened in the station, but everything has halted and now looks the same except lights and air works. They said that the items in the "hot box" were fresh, however my sandwich was dry and hard as a rock. The fountain drink machine was not working either. Not sure if it was an off day, but not good! People are nice, but screaming across the station at each other asking each other a question or asking if there is something in stock. Just all around unprofessional.
