This was easy to say Yes too. It makes sense to have a user-friendly website that the Community can have access to and get important information right away. Having an approachable, nice looking, streamlined, sleek, clear, intuitive website is going to be an important tool for our residents. I did the Survey (google form- about 75-80 questions) prior to our Zoom meeting last saturday. There were some important questions. Only three board members were there, along with the community manager. I also stressed the importance of making the site user-friendly for our elderly seniors (who may not have wide internet usage or experience). One of the contributors mentioned having a larger font, and adding a "How To" section, which I thought was a great idea. Matching the new color scheme (painting will be happening soon) would be nice too. And then there was the name of the website to also consider. Complaints we decided would go to the Community Manager. Also, if there was an announcement, that would appear on the first page. For example, "We are aware of the (*insert here*) issue, and we are working on it." This is the building part of it.
