Now that I've gotten around to it, I realize he's probably used to all 5-star reviews since Wrap City has an existing 4.9-star average. That's the highest I've ever seen for any business in Las Vegas. Nonetheless, a promise is a promise, and Wrap City, Chad, and his crew deserve all the adulation and praise written by his many customers. His artistry with wraps is detail-oriented, and communications are superlative. The price at Wrap City is fair, even reasonable, based on numerous places I looked at before using Wrap City. I had used someone else to start, and he fouled up my entire car. Chad, in turn, re-did my BMW iX (a problematic car to wrap) that a previous installer had fouled up. And Chad even showed me where the other guy had damaged my car and covered it up. My reviews are generally critical, and I don't often give five stars to many businesses. I received 3 quotes for hood stripes on my Jeep TJ and Wrap City was the first to get back to me. Not only was the price more reasonable than the competitors, the quality was better than I expected. I decided to replace my 3 year old stripes after a mobile car wash destroyed them with their power washer. I won't go into detail of the services offered, but the owner showed me a few things he did to guarantee his work would last longer, he also pointed out the improvements he made compared to what he was replacing. Ok, so we have a car that was previously wrapped somewhere else. It was time to trade the scion in but before that, we needed to unwrap the car. Being the procrastinators that we are, we called and emailed maybe 6 different car wrap locations. Wrap City was the only one who answered the phone and gave a logical estimate immediately but did say it would be best if we came by. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, the hubs and I swing by and get our official quote. They were busy and asked if we could bring the car back in 4 days. Rather than going back and forth with the car we asked if we could simply leave it and grab it when it's done. To our surprise, Wrap City had the car done a day later. The car looked as though it had been detailed! It looked amazing! The price to unwrap was reasonable and when we get the new company car, we will definitely bring that car in to be wrapped. I am PICKY, a QUALITY CONTROL freak and I am also PENNYWISE!! I have had a few bad experiences with other wrap companies in the recent past so I was quite prepared. I reached out to Chad @WrapCity because of their many great reviews and customer stories.
