What I love about going to Dr. Goduco's clinic is that even though she has to deal with so many patients in one day, she still greets everyone with a cheerful expression the moment they enter. While other people may be scared of their orthodontist, I feel confident and safe with Dr. Goduco because she seems genuinely dedicated to building a good rapport between her and her patients. She's convinced me that the dentist's chair doesn't have to be a scary place for children, adolescents, or even adults. Plus, she knows what her patients want. There's a TV in her clinic where you can watch the latest seasons of Modern Family, Fresh Off the Boat, Adventure Time, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and other TV shows and movies while she works on your teeth. Just saying. Honestly, I used to have really gross dental hygiene until she helped me realize what the stakes were if I didn't improve my habits. At the end of the day, we're both working toward the same goal: a bright smile with healthy gums and sparkling white teeth.

I did a search on the internet and came up with many names and a few within walking distance of the place I was staying, I decided on Dr. Flores because her patients all said how caring of a dentist she was and her service was unmatched. I have to agree on all accounts I emailed Dr. Flores a few question and just an hour later at 10pm at night she got back to me. For the next 90 minutes we exchanged a few emails and I made an appointment for the next day. I can tell you from the moment I walked in Dr Flores made me feel comfortable and welcome. I was sure of what I wanted but Dr Flores explained to me a different way to go. Her recommendation was spot on and made total sense to me. I am glad I took her advice. Dr Flores took the next 3 hours working on me and making sure I was comfortable and felt little pain. After my first appointment she checked up on me and made sure I was doing ok and that was after her office hours were over for the day. I saw her 2 more times and it was the same treatment each time and each time this wonderful person checked up on me to make sure I was doing ok. No Dentist or medical doctor had ever done that for me before. After my last appointment there was still a small issue with my new flexible denture. Dr Flores emailed to see how I was doing and I told her about the issue I was having with some soreness. She is such a caring person that she saw me on a Sunday on the way out of town for her vacation with her family. She put off starting her vacation to take care of me. That tells you every-thing you need to know about Dr. Flores. I cannot recommend her enough. She is a great Dentist who is skilled at her trade but is one of the most caring people in the medical profession I have ever met. Keeping that in mind, we've found Dr. Vega Dental Clinic in H.V.Dela Costa Street. Actually we found it by chance when we were climbing the tiny stairs to get to Elbert's Steak (a great restaurant at the same Sagittarius III Building). We got curious and decided to try. Dr. Vega is professional and my husband's orthodontics treatment is going really well. Vega gives precise deadlines for the treatment and we appreciate that. I must warn you that the clinic doesn't look modern. Aesthetically, it seems to have stopped somewhere in the early 90s. But focus on your treatment and you'll be fine.

Mt. Sinai is run by Dr. Alicia Tan. She runs this tiny clinic that can only accommodate one patient…read moreat a time. The waiting area is small and cozy with decorative plants and small wooden sculptures that warm up the place. Dr. Alicia tan has two very friendly staff, which are well-trained to provide anything that a stressed-out patient needs. My girlfriend has very little tolerance for pain. She can barely get through their standard teeth cleaning procedure without crying out in pain. I laughed out loud when the assistants gave her a stress ball to squeeze during the entire procedure, because they knew she was coming. Although she still ended up crying throughout her oral prophylaxis, Dr. Tan was still very considerate (and patient), and allowed multiple breaks during the process to let her gargle with ice cold water. Because of her great patience and concern for her patients, Dr. Alicia should be on the top of your list when thinking of a great dentist for your kids, or for those who still act like kids.
