This is the online review you're looking for about this shady dental clinic led by unskilled…read moredentists. If you care about your teeth and want to avoid the nightmare I went through, stay far away from Patricio Dental Plaza, owned by Drs. Ernest and Lhannie Patricio, with branches in Ayala Feliz Mall, SM City Masinag, and Quezon City. I went to their clinic for a root canal and veneers consultation. The 2 doctors confirmed that I indeed needed a root canal based on my x-ray. I also went in for the veneers with the explicit instruction to Dr. Lhannie that I chose composite veneers instead of porcelain veneers because there was no tooth shaving involved. She assured me there won't be any tooth shaving. For these procedures, I went to the clinic 3 times, and each visit took more than 7 hours. (That's how you know they're unskilled and don't know what they're doing. The root canal retreatment took 45 minutes in the US.) Let me first talk about the root canal done by Dr. Ernest Patricio. The root canal took nearly 2 hours, and I thought everything was okay. The long procedure left me thinking it was done correctly. However, upon my return to the US in February 2024, I experienced excruciating pain. Shockingly, my US dentist revealed that NO ROOT CANAL was performed. An endodontist later confirmed this, saying that Dr. Patricio came close to drilling the canal but gave up, sealing my tooth in bad faith. This deceitful behavior endangered my health and left me financially burdened with the cost of a procedure that never happened. The nightmare continued with my composite veneers, which deteriorated within 3 months, leading to exposed enamel and heightened sensitivity. The discovery that my teeth had indeed been shaved during the botched procedure added insult to injury. Now, I'm left with no choice but to seek porcelain veneers, incurring further expenses due to the clinic's incompetence. I can never get back what I lost (see pics below of before and after). Their dental advices were also wrong. Dr. Lhannie suggested I refrain from flossing with my composite veneers and even recommended using baking soda to clean them, a practice universally frowned upon by dental professionals due to its abrasive nature. They will also try to upsell procedures or devices you don't need. Dr. Lhannie sold me a device to correct my nonexistent TMJ problem, which cost P30,000. My US dentist said I didn't have TMJ. Despite my attempts to address these issues with Patricio Dental Plaza and seek a partial refund (total cost was P450,000) for their negligence, they have chosen not to respond. Your teeth deserve better care than what you'll get there. Save yourself the headache and find a skilled dentist.

I was looking for a dentist in the Philippines who could do my dental implant because the cost in…read morethe US is extremely high. Tooth & Go was not my first option. I initially spoke with another clinic--whose name I won't mention, but it starts with the letter B... please beware. They kept insisting on their "ONE DAY IMPLANT," and even though I wasn't satisfied with the consultation, they still charged me ₱3,000 for the online consultation and ₱25,000 just to book an appointment. Even after paying, I didn't feel confident with them, so I continued searching since my trip to the Philippines was already planned. That's when I found Tooth & Go on Google. I messaged them, and Czel was the one who assisted me. She explained everything clearly--much better than the dentist I spoke with from the B clinic. Czel walked me through the procedure, the timeline, the type of implant they would use, and the cost. I also did my own research and found out they are consistently listed among the Top 10 Dental Clinics in the Philippines. AUGUST 2025 - First Visit When I arrived in the Philippines, I went to their clinic and met Czel and Dr. Elkie, along with the rest of their staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Their clinic is fully equipped--unlike other clinics that still need to send dental work to outside laboratories. Dr. Elkie explained everything thoroughly. A few days later, I returned for the implant procedure. Dr. Lapan was the surgeon, and although I don't remember the anesthesiologist's name, the entire team took great care of me. I had several follow‑up visits before flying back to the US. My next appointment was scheduled for January 2026 for the prosthesis placement. JANUARY 2026 - Prosthesis Placement I flew back to the Philippines, and everything went smoothly. I had multiple visits for fitting, and I even requested if they could speed up the process because we had a family gathering. They accommodated me without any hesitation. The final result was beautiful--everyone who saw it loved it. Even my dentist here in the US was impressed and asked for their contact information so she could refer other patients to them. One thing I also noticed during my visits: aside from Filipino patients, they had clients from many different nationalities. That says a lot about their reputation and quality of work. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Tooth & Go. From the staff to the doctors, from the explanations to the actual procedure, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. I highly recommend them to anyone considering dental implants in the Philippines.

I do appreciate that after my initial review, they contacted me, apologized for not providing a cost estimate, and offered a free crown or inlay to complete the tooth restoration. I accepted, which brought the overall price for the root canal (4th molar) and crown to 52,668 PHP -- a fair resolution. So far the work appears good, the tooth is fine now and feels natural, its color matches well, and it feels solid. I updated this review to reflect their response. Communication about costs upfront would prevent this kind of situation in the future.
