AUGUST 2025 - First Visit When I arrived in the Philippines, I went to their clinic and met Czel and Dr. Elkie, along with the rest of their staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Their clinic is fully equipped--unlike other clinics that still need to send dental work to outside laboratories. Dr. Elkie explained everything thoroughly. A few days later, I returned for the implant procedure. Dr. Lapan was the surgeon, and although I don't remember the anesthesiologist's name, the entire team took great care of me. I had several follow‑up visits before flying back to the US. My next appointment was scheduled for January 2026 for the prosthesis placement. JANUARY 2026 - Prosthesis Placement I flew back to the Philippines, and everything went smoothly. I had multiple visits for fitting, and I even requested if they could speed up the process because we had a family gathering. They accommodated me without any hesitation. The final result was beautiful--everyone who saw it loved it. Even my dentist here in the US was impressed and asked for their contact information so she could refer other patients to them. One thing I also noticed during my visits: aside from Filipino patients, they had clients from many different nationalities. That says a lot about their reputation and quality of work. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Tooth & Go. From the staff to the doctors, from the explanations to the actual procedure, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. She holds office in Unit 604 Medical Towers Makati along VA Rufino St in Legaspi Village. My daughter was pretty open about sitting in the dentist chair and getting her mouth cleaned. Dr. Jo was singing to her while brushing her teeth (so she gets used to timing her brushing for two minutes) and to get her comfortable as well. After the cleaning and the varnish, she was given a treat and a small toy because she was so well-behaved. We then had a long discussion of what needs to be done to prevent cavities and what we need to do about the early on-set of children's carries. It's great to work with a dentist that your kids can be comfortable with yet have an open, professional discussion about her dental plan. I highly recommend her and we can't wait to do her follow up visit this weekend.

One time, when part of my face swelled because of an infection (I think it was gums), he also treated it and told me to eat ice cream afterwards - a much welcome advice! There is a reason our family keeps coming back to him - he does his work well, and quite fast too. When I get my teeth cleaned, I really feel that they are clean, with nothing stuck in between. I got my teeth cleaned a few times by other dentists, and my teeth didn't seem as thoroughly cleaned the same way they are when I go to Dr. Sotomil.

I laughed out loud when the assistants gave her a stress ball to squeeze during the entire procedure, because they knew she was coming. Although she still ended up crying throughout her oral prophylaxis, Dr. Tan was still very considerate (and patient), and allowed multiple breaks during the process to let her gargle with ice cold water. Because of her great patience and concern for her patients, Dr. Alicia should be on the top of your list when thinking of a great dentist for your kids, or for those who still act like kids.
