I asked if we could only do the couple of teeth that are going to cause issues soon as to avoid such a high bill and worry about the other ones later. I was told that they would absolutely NOT adjust the work to accommodate my request and instead offered to take out more credit in addition to the care credit we currently have. I insisted and they refused, so we went for a second opinion. The new dentist not only offered to adjust a plan to fit our needs, but quoted us to do the exact same work for only $250. We didn't have to adjust our plan and my son got all the work done that he needed for $1050 LESS. Please beware and seek a second opinion for high costing dental work quoted at this office. $1300 versus $250 for the exact same work is rather suspicious and ridiculous to me

Don't trust Aspen Dental, I went in because I had a tooth ache and wanted it pulled, I can…read moreunderstand x ray for the bad tooth but all my teeth that's a little much for a guy just wanting a tooth pulled after they completed x rays I met dentist which went on and on that I had to have all this other stuff done before tooth was pulled and that I had to see one of their oral surgeons to pull my bad tooth and I know now if you go to a regular dentist and you need a tooth pulled he or she will pull the tooth, Aspen Dental also told me I had to have partials which I don't, I have a $2000.00 payout a year and I know there were after every bit of it, by the time they added up my bill it took every bit of the $2000.00 benefit plus another $4 hundred and some dollars and this is just for wanting a sore tooth pulled they didn't care about a person in pain all they wanted to do was to take advantage of a person just wanting his pain in his mouth gone, they also told me everything I had done that day was free so I left the office because I wasn't falling for their scam, when I got home they sent a message saying they charged my insurance $200 and some dollars I called and told them that the dentist said everything was free for my visit but they basically called me a liar, take my advice stay away from Aspen Dental and go to a regular private practice dentist because they will take care of your pain fast and not steal your money or benefits like Aspen Dental. For…read moreexample, there are some pediatric dentists who advise sedation, crowns and root canals for cavities in baby teeth. Dr. Rose is quite the opposite. He does not use sedation. Instead, he works quickly using positive reinforcement to get the job done. His philosophy for baby teeth is to try a filling first before costlier treatments. He did an amazing job putting in a filling for our very anxious squirmy child. He's patient and kind and helps work through anxiety rather than mask it with sedation. He has amazing hygienists who are pros at dealing with uncooperative kids. We were very pleased with our experience and will be back.

They put a lot of thought into making it a nice experience for kids, starting with a playset and toys in the waiting area to a take home prize machine thingie at the end. They are excellent at lip tie and tongue tie surgery (frenectomies). Without them we'd have to have driven all the way to Chicago to help our two girls (last time I checked). They aren't pushy at all though and only give information and let the parents choose what's right for their family. They also are fun for cleanings and regular things like that. They also helped one of my adult friends get their lip & tongue tie fixed, so talk to them if that's something you're needing help with. It's not covered by insurance, though they give you paperwork that you can submit after the fact if you'd like to give it a shot. All in all this is a knowledgeable, friendly place that puts great care into keeping their patients happy and healthy.

With that I was told if she needed to be seen I could call and if they have a cancellation That Day they would allow her to be seen...? I tried over and over again to pay the amount we agreed on and they wouldn't have it, so they can do whatever they have to do. I won't pay, it's a matter of principle at this point. Update to the reply: What makes you think after like 5 years of paying on time all the time with no issues, that I decided I just didn't want to pay the bill one day? By the time I was aware that you didn't get the check the office WOULD NOT LET US PAY! We got hung up on more than once trying to get the bill paid. You expect me to tolerate all of your mistakes and screwing around but if I make the mistake of not making sure you got my payment, it's a complete 180. I can't believe you go up to the school and community events, put on the happy go lucky act and dance around, and behind the scenes this is what you're like.
