I've been dealing with this pawn shop now for over 3 years, and have never been in a pawn shop that is given such quality service! Rob and Charlie are the two people that staff the shop during normal business hours and both of them are highly knowledgeable, very patient, and I was there as recently as yesterday and watch Charlie and Rob work with a gentleman on a purchase and go above and beyond to make the transaction as beneficial to the purchaser as they were allowed to. This included getting a slight discount from the market price which was already considerably below MSRP on the item in question, explaining what is required for the shelf life of the item in question including maintenance, etc... But as I stated earlier I have been doing business with Crown pawn for over three years now and I use them almost as often as I use my own personal bank account. And despite being a pawn shop, they come across some very very nice firearms of which I have purchased many. If I own this establishment Rob and Charlie would get a raise. read more

This was my first time and i never thought id get to the point of having to use a pawn shop for anything. I choose Crown Pawn because of the positive praise i saw on google and yelp for them and they were close. I went in nervous and left with a smile. I thought i had to sell my stuff but Robert made me feel at home from the minute i walked into the door. He explained i had a option of selling it to him or simply getting a loan on it and id use it as collateral, then when im back on my feet i could get my ipad back. Even took the time to help me remove the icloud off so i could do the loan and that was a major job as i couldnt remember the password to it, but together we got it and the guys there saved the day. I have been going to this Crown Pawn location for over 6 years now and have always had a professional experience from the employees there. From loans to buying firearms, I have not had one bad experience yet. In fact, I end up leaving there feeling good due to how helpful and nice they are. There is one employee there that was super helpful in getting my FFL transfers done and helped me every step of the way since it was my first time. I will be going to Crown Pawn for any of my needs as I have done for the last 6 years, and their fees are some of the lowest I have seen anywhere. I called ahead to inquire about pawning my firearm and spoke with Charlie. He was very engaging and answered my questions. I went in and got a great offer for my gun with friendly service. When I returned to pick up my gun I was met with the same friendly service. Charlie even gave me some tips and resources in case I ever experienced my gun jamming. On Monday July 29th 2013, I brought in a IPad and a watch to sell. The two gentlemen behind the counter were friendly, helpful, engaging and gave me a very fair price for my items.
