They told me they keep it as a RE-Stocking fee ! ! Pointed it out on the BOTTOM of the receipt to me. Had I known that is their POLICY B 4 this ? I would never have considered doing the purchase. Lose $100 in one day as I changed my mind. I WAS going to get a different weapon for MORE money instead. But, no, Kevin just figured he'd be happy keeping my $100. So, Kevin West and his "policy" as he pointed out have cost him thousands in future business. And I will steer ALL my "comrades in arms" away from West. Sad part ? I have bought there B 4. "Great" for them way to treat an old customer. If you value your wallet ? Stay away from "veteran owned" west.
