Went in and was super happy with the results! Jesse handled all the detailing, and he absolutely went above and beyond. You can tell he takes real pride in his work, everything was done with incredible attention to detail, and my car looked amazing when he was finished. He's professional, hardworking, and clearly knows what he's doing. The quality of work for what I paid was more than worth it. Against my better judgment, I came to this place for a third, maybe fourth, or fifth time, who's price point is higher than all other car washes around. Every time I come, I am disatisfied with the service of the car wash as well as the customer service. The people at the register are rude. Could care less about providing customer service. Each and every time I leave, I have to pull over and redo my car. Including the tires, the trim, the interior, etc...even though paying for the higher, more expensive wash. If you want to use their restroom, they require a code of a purchase! We live up the street, and have used them many times for fuel and snacks. I told this to the man who could barely speak English, and he reiterated you need a code. After driving 2 1/2 hours from Palm Springs, the teller told me I would have to purchase gas first. I told him we have the Ford Bronco and we are getting gas as we speak. He said you still need the code from the receipt! I could tell that other customers were not happy about this as well as somebody urinated all over the floor when I walked in. After this experience, we have never gone back and we told at least 15 of our neighbors the situation and they're not going back as either. They have lost a lot of money!!!! read more

My grandpa owned the body shop and then my dad took over for 25+ years right next to this car wash Everyone In my family used to take their cars to this car wash. I don't know what the heck happened but this place is absolutely horrible. The customer service is horrible. You pay $25 for a "hand wash" but they still put your car through the wash, they do a quick wipe down but miss most of the dirt, they didn't even touch the rims of the car. They somewhat vacuumed the inside and didn't even consider wiping down the interior panels. Then they stand there expecting a tip for a half a.. job. read more

Surprisingly High Level of Customer Service. This is one of my regular car wash places. I, unfortunately, ran over over a can of latex paint on the road. The paint spray really did a number on my car. I called Crown Valley Auto Spa to see in how much trouble I was. I spoke to Yamira Diaz, whom I had not met previously. I could tell she was empathetic to my situation and wanted to help. She, of course, could not assess the damage without seeing my car. I told Yamira I would stop by ASAP. The next day when I arrived, Yamira was there. She immediately knew who I was after seeing the paint spray on my car. She greeted me warmly. Points for her! :-) I left my car there for the afternoon. When I called to check on my car, Yamira said they did the best they could and told me there were some areas the paint spray could not be practically removed without damaging some of the surface. I was OK with that because I could sense her sincerity. The price was quite reasonable considering the effort her team put into the job. I feel good working with Yamira for auto detailing. read more

We took our new black suv to have a $300 detail; It had sat on the lot for awhile and the dealer offered to do the detail but it wasn't close so we chose to have it done locally. I expected it would shine like new (well it was new) including getting the dealer markings off the windows and water spots from it sitting in back of the lot for a year. I think it was just run through the wash like a normal service. There were still water spots all over the car that were there when we took it in; it's clear no wax was applied as I just washed it after only a month and water doesn't even bead up on the roof, hood and mirrors. As anyone who has ever waxed a car before, the treatment lasts at least a few months even if you park it outside. But the effort it took for me to get the water spots off was minimal; I wish they could have at least tried. Money wasted; avoid if you care about your car and/or your cash. read more

My car was damaged during a car wash. When I calmly asked to speak to the manager about the situation, the manager, Yamira, was verbally abusive. She yelled at me, pointed at my chest, got in my face, refused to talk about my car, and belittled me. Before I could even explain the situation, she started making up reasons about why my car broke and blamed me for the incident, even though my car was functioning before the car wash. After damaging my car, I was verbally assaulted. Do not attend this car wash under any circumstances. They verbally abusive their clients! I hope that the manager or owner of this establishment will see this message and take note. I have been coming here for years to get my car washed or detailed. I e spent thousands here over the past several years but I will not be giving my money to this business anymore. I arrived on Sunday morning and I accidentally entered in the wrong direction. A woman immediately shouted at me "you're entering in the wrong direction." Fair enough. she was correct that I entered the wrong way. I said "sorry I was t paying attention and I entered the wrong way." now es my mistake and apologized. but the woman continued "well...youve ben here enough times...how do you not know that." I was thrown aback by her comment. that's how you treat a regular long time client? I went up to the counter and asked the gentleman for the name of the manager. He pointed to the woman who was shouting at me and said "she is the manager." At that point the woman td the gentleman behind the counter "do not serve this man." I cannot believe that I paid $48 for a wash, vacuum, and spray wax and had to come home and rewash my car. An absolutely waste of money. I truly wasn't aware that I needed to give my car a full and entire inspection before I left, I simply trusted that they would do the job I was paying for. But I was wrong. My car was washed, sure. The rims of my tires were still full of dirt and grime. The vacuum was pathetic. And the wax is basically non existent and splotchy. I bought the Platinum Detail package on a Groupon and decided to try them for the first time. It's a little tricky finding them they are in the middle of a gas station/market but I went at 8am when they opened and was greeted and told where to wait. I was told it could be 4 hours but it was done is 2 1/2. I needed to wait as I didn't have a ride and there are benches outside and a small seating area inside. The store is connected and there is a clean restroom so waiting was not an issue for me. My car is kept fairly clean and I took out all loose change and anything that might be in the way of them cleaning which is the courteous thing to do in my opinion. It looks awesome. I was especially focused on the interior getting clean and it is like it was brand new. The car is a 2014 Ford CMax that has been driven a lot. Nice job I would return there. read more

Been coming to this car wash off and on for a number of years. My most recent experience was abysmal and I won't ever be back. The place was empty and I was greeted after waiting for 3 minutes by an attendant who scolded me for not being in the proper lane to get my car washed. There are five lanes and never in the years has anyone stated this to me before. Second, the prices have gone up to $25 for a basic wash. Overpriced. I have been coming here for years. Maybe close to 8. I was amazed how rude the woman was that took my car. I pulled up in a lane that I always do to get gas. Gas tank was broken so I waited for someone to approach me to take my car for a wash. They continuously were helping people from the other lane. After I paid, and noticed that they took six cars before mine I mentioned some thing to the woman. She literally yelled at me and said they were here first, which they were not. I figured rd after the last time I would give it one more try. I paid an extra 5.00 or 6.00 to have them wipe down the inside witch they did not do. I want to share my experience with Crown Valley Auto Spa and Detail, located at Forbes and Crown Valley. After receiving an offer for two months, I decided to start my subscription. However, I was surprised to find that the monthly rate is around $80, and the service quality is disappointing. To make matters worse, the woman managing the car wash is consistently rude to me and other customers, showing little concern for customer satisfaction. There are MANY negative reviews on her. There seems to be no supervisor above her, and when I tried to address this issue with the team behind the Everwash app, I was unable to get the owner's contact information or have them reach out to me. Even the employees have mentioned her rudeness, and it seems the owner has only visited once in five years. I advise others to avoid this car wash. With such high prices, they might lose enough customers to consider improving their service. There are many other car washes that offer better service at half the price! read more

I only keep coming back out of convenience and hoping the next time will be better than the last. My last visit on Friday 6/30 last about 5 minutes (which I thought was fast but whatever), I paid $40 + a $10 tip just to get in and see I still had sand from the beach on my floor mats and dried coffee in my cup holder. This please is a complete disaster. First I came in with a $30 hand wax coupon and was told they don't do hand waxes but will do a spray wax instead since the detailer is not around. I watched as car was washed and they work very slowly and put zero effort into washing the car satisfactorily. They did not wash any of the lower areas of car as it was extremely dirty post wash. The vacuuming was also very poor with large areas of debris throughout the car and around the edges where mats are placed. When I asked the guys drying the car why it was not washed completely they said that is all they are able to do. I asked for the boss and was told he was not around. A few years back this was a decent place to go but how times have changed. Avoid this place at all costs.
