This is a great crew of guys. They were incredibly patient and helpful while I was deciding on which product to go with and what tint level to select. My truck came out great and they knocked it out quick on a Saturday morning. I've already recommended them to a friend who will be using them in them in the near future. ****WARNING**** I…read morewas the recent GM of this location for 3 weeks. The previous owner sold the franchise to the new owner. The new owner has no idea how to operate a business. For starters the previous owner turned off charging tax to clients and when the new owner realized he wasn't collecting tax he threatened to charge myself and the tinter to deduct it from our checks. I fixed the problem. And told the owner I didn't appreciate being threatened because of his lack of knowledge. Secondly, he's collecting tax on labor which is cheating clients. It's is NOT a retail business, it's a service. You don't pay tax on labor, secondly if you want to collect tax on tint you have to have an itemized receipt. Once I brought this up the new owner didn't care about what's right... he doesn't know tax laws. Please stay away from this location. Go to Round Rock or the Austin location where the ownership has a clue. If you've been to this location in the past month and paid money I would fight the charges. You have been taken advantage of.
