A couple weeks go by and the bubbles don't go away, so I ask him to fix them. He lied on 3 separate occasions about being on his way, and then proceeded to give me an excuse or ghost me. I don't think he's ever going to fix it, but I'll update my review if he does. I've attached pictures of the tint he did.

She said she's only doing house calls and the soonest she was available is Wed Apr 1st (today). I really needed it done by Monday but reluctantly I agreed to wait for Wed so her team could come to my home and knock it out. I gave her my full address, city state and zip on Friday. I spoke to her Monday and Tuesday this week to re-confirm address, pricing and details of what was to be tinted. Lo and behold she waits until one hour before her team is supposed to show up at my house today to tell me oh by the way she made a mistake and it's going to be $600 for me instead of $500. She is blaming it on the fact she didnt know our home was so far. She had opportunities to punch our address is on Friday, again on Monday and again on Tuesday but she claims she never did until one hour before arrival and now I've wasted 2-3 days of time when I could have gotten this job done elsewhere Monday morning or Friday afternoon last week. Horrible business practices this place has and I will never recommend anyone to them.

It's had a hard year of little kids and dogs in and out of it. Andrea started my day by sending me pictures of areas with heavy wear, scratches, etc explaining what could and couldn't be addressed but a promise to do her best. I received several more updates throughout the day. Except for the wear spots, the interior looked as good as it did when I bought the vehicle (used) about 6 years ago. It day actually take a day or two of leaving the windows down on the garage for the cloth seats to fully dry. The Mazda SUV is only 9 months old but had gotten quite dirty on the interior (from kids, dogs and snowmaggedon). It really did look good as new when I picked it up. I did have to wait about 15 Minutes for them to finish up even though I'd arrived when instructed. The waiting room offers free Wi-Fi and is air conditioned. For the outstanding work, it cost is worth it. I highly recommend Auto Detailing Austin and Andrea in particular.

Aric also was the first to reach out to me, and I appreciate the professionalism and follow through. He is honest and very genuine. I also felt this shop had he most value in the area (after I compared prices). He does ask for a $25 deposit, but this is added to your total at the end. Charge $380.00 to tint two windows and one front windshield. I call ask why they take advantage of my wife?? They do good work, but take advantage of woman. Owner said I should not speak Spanish and he will call my boss to get me for fired ! LOL. They terrible business and steal money. Then are racist and say I speak Spanish is not good and will call my boss to take my job for calling them to ask why they are $400.00? Terrible business! If you speak Spanish.. this company charge more to retaliate agains Hispanic. Said Spanish speaking is not acceptable. Will call your company to complain if your family speak Spanish. read more

I've been getting cars tinted here since the father and son original owners were here. I can honestly say I was concerned when they sold the shop but gave Allan and Alice a shot and I was not disappointed! Tomorrow I will be taking my daughter's latest car in for a tint and this will make number 8. I keep going back for one simple reason, I have never had a bad tint job from them, whether it was a basic tint or top of the line ceramic, the quality is always the same. I bought a 2016 Accord last month (October 2015). I wanted the top of the line tint job (but not have to pay dealership prices), and the guy I buy new cars from said that this was the place to go. He was right - flawless job on ceramic tint. The car looks awesome. And knowing that this business has been around for many years, and will continue to be with family ownership, I know I went to the right place. Update February 2017: tint is still perfect.
