I had an extremely positive experience while being treated. I arrived and was immediately taken to…read morea room by a very professional young lady named Lauren. She was very polite and without a doubt a person who had been very well trained and who took pride in giving the best service she could. Lauren was able to communicate very well so that my expectations were realistic, Lauren's skill and deep understanding of what she was doing put me at ease immediately. During the procedure she explained everything she was doing and had such a light touch I was barely able to feel anything beyond the slightest pinch. After the procedure she explained any potential side effects as well as the time frame to see the full results. Everything she said was spot on!! Lauren is very good at what she does and I highly recommend both the facility for the professional way they do business; and Lauren for her considerable knowledge and amazing skill. I will use her again for sure and will be recommending Lauren to everyone I know who is considering any kind of botox treatments. ​

Although she was very knowledgeable, she was very unprofessional. Whitney would scheduled my…read moreappointment and forget about them and just not show up or have tons of excuses as to why she didn't show up. When she did show up she would be late to my appointment. I was the one checking in to make sure she was coming. Not once did she say she had any policy and nothing was ever posted but she claims she has always had them in her salon. I paid for a package of 6 lymphatic massages and she only gave me two. I asked for my money back since she wasn't showing up or she was late to many appointment, and I had enough of her disrespecting my time. She told me she would give me the remaining of my money just so I wouldn't post a bad review but sadly she never did. I gave her multiple opportunities but now she just ignore all my messages. I have all the text messages dates and even pictures of her never having policies up in her office. I would really think twice before going to this person. She may seem nice and knowledgeable but she is very poorly running her business.
