First of all Madeline is amazing! My skin has never been better! Look no further for a facial as this is the best you can get. I think I fell asleep during my last facial it was that relaxing. I have puffy dark circles under my eyes and they have gotten so much better from Madeline's facials and her helping me with what to use on my face. read more

Lori Taylor is amazing the lady who did my hair to not get the concept of purple and then she told me that I was too picky and she could not do my hair anymore and they don't do nails so anyways but Lori is amazing with her massages so for her she gets 5 stars I did get a facial and that was really nice to read more

Owner likes to keep your money for services that were never rendered. Requested a refund and she called the cops. Owner told nothing but lies when confronted about multiple discrepancies. Business policy cheats the consumer! Do not go near this place. read more

Owner booked my massage over the phone, I had been once previously and had a card on file showing I get deep tissue massages. I arrived, disrobed, got up on the table... the sheets were damp. Kind of gross. Spoke with the therapist, found out she didn't do deep tissue. I told her I needed to re-book because that's what I wanted. Owner's mistake. She charged me for the massage. She told me I should have given the therapist a chance. Why would I? Poor business management, poor customer service, dishonest practice. read more

I walked in and asked if it was possible to get a massage that day, as I had a very stiff neck and shoulder. They were very gracious and the massage therapist was willing to help me at 5:30 pm. I hurt my neck on Saturday working an event, which quickly turned into a migraine. I tried to treat it myself for two days and decided I was loosing the battle so I got on line and booked with Pure Spa. I was able to get a 9am appointment for a massage on Tuesday morning. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with nice music playing and a quiet spa like atmosphere. Upon entry I was greeted by my therapist Laurianna Taylor, after filling out some paper work she took me back and we got to work. She was great! I highly recommend her for your aching muscles. I loved it so much I have another appointment in a couple weeks! read more

I've had the owner Madaline do my facial waxing for over a year now. The prices are very reasonable and she offers a waxy Wednesday in the beginning of the month with $10 brows. The salon is tasteful and relaxing. My eyebrows have never looked better and I'm happy to recommend her. Before my wedding (my first visit with her) I chose to do full legs and the nether regions for the first time. She was professional and minimized my awkwardness. read more

I just went here for a Brazilian wax. The person who did my wax was very nice and informative. The service was great but my wax could had been done a lot cleaner. I had to go home and pluck a few more hair she missed and felt my behind and could feel plenty of hair...not what I expected. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't chose a different spa. read more

Wonderful! Terrific, Fantastic! So yesterday I had a facial with Madeline, what a relaxing experience. I wanted to get a peel but she wisely advised against it at this time of year and gave a complete explanation on her reasoning. I went with the signature facial and it was wonderful and with everything she does, including a mini massage it is a reasonable price. My husband at the same time was getting a deep tissue massage with Laurianna and he was so relaxed and happy she got all the "knots" out, so I decided to book an appointment for this morning with her. I was not disappointed. I did the relaxing message and boy was it relaxing. We both will be back for more services in the very near future. P.S. I have had many massages and never wanted to fall asleep, almost did today. Give this place a try, sweet, professional, but welcoming and relaxing. read more
