To cut a long story short...kendall cars lied and claimed they had sent a cab and lied and said they had called me when in fact they hadn't even sent a cab and clearly called their partner company when they realised the error and didn't have the decency to apologise but instead called me a liar and hung up on me. A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specify a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

''TWIMC First, Ash told me that a car would be with me in 10 mins instead of 20 as the controller advised. I could have gone with another firm or cab company but, based on this information, I chose Galpins. The cab took 20 minutes to arrive. The driver then sat somewhere on the street. I was waiting outside for him at the main doors to the school and he was back and forth with me about where the main entrance was. Once over the flyover, the driver turned right into Albion Road and I had to advise him that he was unable to go left at the end of the road as he would get a ticket. He then attempted to do a three point turn in Albion Street - A ONE WAY STREET - again, I had to point out to him that the road was one way. I then had to direct him to avoid him getting a ticket , direct him back down towards the flyover roundabout and back up Mitcham Road. I'm typing this complaint in the car- my whole experience of getting from point A to point B was needlessly complicated and was exceedingly poor from start to finish. At times, the driving standard was unsafe. I am not at all happy. Not a word of apology or thanks for me enabling your driver to avoid a ticket. He turned down Sutherland Avenue , stopped to read a road sign, muttered something about how he could not drive down this road beyond a certain point. I advised him to turn right into Fairholme. He didn't. He kept driving and we had to turn around AGAIN and finally go down Fairholme as I advised. At that point I called Galpins Office. I paid the driver and exited the cab. I've been home approximately 3 minutes and a journey of 15 minutes has taken nearly half an hour excluding the wait time of twenty minutes which , Ash told me would be ten. Unacceptable.''
